The rep acted like it was a pain to leave the samples for the gutters and tried to rush us. I also had no clue he expected me to decide on the spot. After install I noticed they busted the fascia on our home and didn't say anything to us. I couldn't even get anyone to come out and look at it and had to follow up multiple times. The repair was not great either. This company lacks integrity and workmanship. Would not use again.

Matt at Universal told me they would sister in boards, put in egg crate for ventilation and new insulation. That was a year ago. We are starting on the redo inside the house and took out the ceiling. I will post entire ceiling for upstairs after we rip all of it out in a day or two. They lied to us. Rotted insulation and one sister board and one egg crate in a 9 foot section. DISHONEST-AVOID AT ALL COSTS! We are having another company redo it from the inside.

I closed on the house on 11/15, and the work was done by the 16th (was part of the sale deal - new roof). However, they left a total mess in my yard. Shingles everywhere, a cooking pot on my deck, a pile of shingles, debris, nail gun nails, chicken bones, tortillas, the chicken food wrapper (you know, with the styrofoam and plastic at the grocery store!). They even left a giant miller light stadium style drink cooler. I went through the realtors to let J&B know to come clean it up. They never came out. Fortunately someone stole the cooler because I wasn't sure how I was going to be getting rid of that. Small wins, right?

They were very competitive on price, and did it the right way with the proper ice barriers, preparation of the surface, replacement of the decking needed, etc. Reno, the salesman, did an excellent job of explaining everything and kept me informed along the way. He made me aware of additional issues as they removed the roof and was extremely fair in the replacement cost. Reno was there throughout the day supervising and working with the crew. They showed up on time with a huge crew and replace a 3500 square-foot roof in a day. They went out and quickly got additional decking and a couple 2x6's to make repairs that were needed. They did an awesome job with the cleanup. I walked around after the crew was gone and found less than a handful of pieces from the roof removal.
