All I knew was I wanted it to be user friendly, mobile friendly, and visually appealing. Luckily I have friends in many places, and I was referred here (and validated by my fellow yelpers). All my desires/dreams/wishes/wants came true here! They created a modern interface for me and listened to me every step of the way. They run my SEO and google adwords marketing, facebook marketing, and I've seen an immediate response from working with them... YAY!! It makes me wants to create hundreds of websites ~~!!

Sometimes trying to do everything yourself just doesn't work! A good friend of mine referred me here, as they had helped him with his website not too long ago. I'm glad I listened because they were knowledgable on every level. They integrated and recommended functions that I didn't even know existed and created a very modern design for me that I would have never been able to do with those online templates or website builders (trust me, I had tried!). Within a month, my website was up and running! My business finally has an online presence. The process was stress-free once I handed the project over to them. I appreciate them checking in to make sure I'm satisfied or need anything else. Thanks for helping me get my business going!

I am not running a business so there's no reason for me to pay for their services. This review is strictly my experience with this company and their sales practices, not their actual services for people who can use them. I'd suggest a more targeted sales strategy rather than just cold calling private cell phone numbers and hoping for a bite. Calling a business first thing in the morning might be a good idea, but calling a personal cell phone of someone trying to get ready for work and get out the door is much less welcome and is just wasted time for both parties.

On 1/25/16, Tesla Media Group's (TMG) Oriel Z. created a yelp page for my business and posted a bad…read morereview on the page, regarding how he felt about me as his customer. Please be advised Oriel Z nor anyone from TMG has never hired me or consulted me for any legal matters and were never my clients. I hired this company to make me a website, which they have failed to provide me. Oriel's review of my business is good example of how unprofessional this company truly is. Please see it here- http://www.yelp.com/biz/law-offices-of-lisa-z-liu-alhambra Then, after posting the review on my yelp page, on 1/25/16, Joon Kim from TMG emailed me, and offered to give a refund but $500 dollars for the "design" they created, and additionally wrote that they wrote me a bad review, which they will remove only if I remove my yelp review of their business. This is extortion and flat-out retaliation for my honest review. What will be next? Actions speak louder than words and what this company did, above, speaks for itself. ********** Oriel, Joon Kim from your company is the one who said "Goodbye"on text message to me back in early December 2015 and no one from your business reached out to me since you took my money and refused to return any of it AND I still have not received any completed design or website. If you fulfilled your side, where is my website or completed design? Absolutely NO denying and NO apology for the blatant unprofessionalism that I have experienced. So far, NO immediate refund for nonperformance of work. No finished design, let alone a working website. Since my honest review of your company was posted, I have not received any calls, text messages or emails from this company. I only received the public message posted on this page. If you are really open to resolving this issue, then please refund me my money. I am open to resolving it and receiving a refund for my wasted time and energy. If you refund it, I will update the review to state the fact that at least my money is returned. *****As long as I have not received any refund, this statement will still be up.****** NO denying that they wanted to report me to the State Bar for stating my honest opinion of them. NO comment on the fact that you wrote a yelp review for your OWN company. Truly a VERY HONEST COMPANY. NOT. Is this the kind of company you want to deal with? My credit card company and not bank is still investigating this issue. It is currently not closed. It is very unprofessional for Oriel to give the impression that this dispute is closed. I am very confident my credit card company will issue a refund, especially since for the second payment, I gave them my AMEX Credit Card to charge, only when I receive my completed website. However, without my authorization, they recharged my Chase Credit Card before I received any website or finished design. This can be basically considered Identity Theft. They well knew that I did not approve the Chase Card charge, and Joon stated that in his google voice text messages to me. I will update this once the Credit Card company closes the dispute. Until then, it is still open. -- Regarding the website --- Oriel's comment: "UPDATE: Did you not approve the design work? Did we not fulfill our obligation to do 2 revisions and we went and approved 4 revisions? The reason you wanted a refund is because you wanted to continue to have design edits without paying for services. You will see she will avoid this question since all our approvals are done via email for record keeping." If I approved, why would I want additional changes for free? If I approved, why do I still have no website or completed design? This makes absolutely no sense.

This went on for about a month. I spent thousands of dollars on an IT company to investigate and learned that Sunlight Media created a whole new email server for me, same email address, at GoDaddy. So, all of my emails were diverted to GoDaddy (I use business Gmail). Rather than fix the contact form on my website, they created a whole new email for me on a new server at GoDaddy. Also, when the IT company was on the back server of my site trying to investigate this, they learned that my Google Crawl (which tracks SEO) was turned off and it was turned off around the time Sunlight Media LLC built my website (the date of the change showed). Not once has Angelo accepted responsibility. Rather, he says things like his colossal mistake was within "the scope of our agreement." As if, diverting my emails to a whole new email server at GoDaddy was within the scope of our agreement when I asked him to fix the contact form on my website. Sunlight Media should reflect on their lack of professionalism and the lack of personalized attention they provide to projects. They have no care for the outcome or attention to detail. Beware. Totally unprofessional.
