My businesses are in a very tough marketing industry in a highly populated city. I have been with Tesla now for 5 years. Joon and his staff are very impressive in regards to SEO. They bring an aggressive attitude but yet are able to mix it with the patience you need to do things the correct way for long term beneficial results. Google is always changing the way they do things and over the years Joon seems to be one step ahead of them and always keeps us informed of what we need to do to stay in top positions ahead of our competition. If you want or need a good SEO company or a website built this is the company to call! Thanks Tesla Paul read more

On 1/25/16, Tesla Media Group's (TMG) Oriel Z. created a yelp page for my business and posted a bad review on the page, regarding how he felt about me as his customer. Please be advised Oriel Z nor anyone from TMG has never hired me or consulted me for any legal matters and were never my clients. I hired this company to make me a website, which they have failed to provide me. Oriel's review of my business is good example of how unprofessional this company truly is. Please see it here- http://www.yelp.com/biz/law-offices-of-lisa-z-liu-alhambra Then, after posting the review on my yelp page, on 1/25/16, Joon Kim from TMG emailed me, and offered to give a refund but $500 dollars for the "design" they created, and additionally wrote that they wrote me a bad review, which they will remove only if I remove my yelp review of their business. This is extortion and flat-out retaliation for my honest review. What will be next? Actions speak louder than words and what this company did, above, speaks for itself. ********** Oriel, Joon Kim from your company is the one who said "Goodbye"on text message to me back in early December 2015 and no one from your business reached out to me since you took my money and refused to return any of it AND I still have not received any completed design or website. If you fulfilled your side, where is my website or completed design? Absolutely NO denying and NO apology for the blatant unprofessionalism that I have experienced. So far, NO immediate refund for nonperformance of work. No finished design, let alone a working website. Since my honest review of your company was posted, I have not received any calls, text messages or emails from this company. I only received the public message posted on this page. If you are really open to resolving this issue, then please refund me my money. I am open to resolving it and receiving a refund for my wasted time and energy. If you refund it, I will update the review to state the fact that at least my money is returned. *****As long as I have not received any refund, this statement will still be up.****** NO denying that they wanted to report me to the State Bar for stating my honest opinion of them. NO comment on the fact that you wrote a yelp review for your OWN company. Truly a VERY HONEST COMPANY. NOT. Is this the kind of company you want to deal with? My credit card company and not bank is still investigating this issue. It is currently not closed. It is very unprofessional for Oriel to give the impression that this dispute is closed. I am very confident my credit card company will issue a refund, especially since for the second payment, I gave them my AMEX Credit Card to charge, only when I receive my completed website. However, without my authorization, they recharged my Chase Credit Card before I received any website or finished design. This can be basically considered Identity Theft. They well knew that I did not approve the Chase Card charge, and Joon stated that in his google voice text messages to me. I will update this once the Credit Card company closes the dispute. Until then, it is still open. -- Regarding the website --- Oriel's comment: "UPDATE: Did you not approve the design work? Did we not fulfill our obligation to do 2 revisions and we went and approved 4 revisions? The reason you wanted a refund is because you wanted to continue to have design edits without paying for services. You will see she will avoid this question since all our approvals are done via email for record keeping." If I approved, why would I want additional changes for free? If I approved, why do I still have no website or completed design? This makes absolutely no sense. read more

It has been a few years, so I figured it was time to update the review. TESLA MEDIA still kicks ass!!! These guys called me out of the blue years ago - almost 10 years ago, I guess (before they were TESLA). I don't like cold calls and I usually just hang up, but there was something about their initial pitch that caught my attention. They were trying something new, something I had never heard of or seen. I listened to what they had to say and the price was right, so I took a chance. Their idea paid off quickly and well. Over then next few months I gave them a little bit more and a little bit more and they outperformed themselves every single time. They did - and continue to do - everything they say, they keep (or exceed) every promise, and they have never let me down. They have built multiple websites for me and they handle all of my SEO brilliantly. A couple years ago, Google changed their algorithms and these guys were on top of it BEFORE the changes hit. I lost ZERO progress or placement. Another time, Google took exception to my physical address and dropped me off page one. TESLA MEDIA had the problem handled and had me back on top so fast, we hardly felt it. These people are creative, innovative, and passionate about my business - I know that because I hear how passionate they are about all of their clients' businesses. The SEO / Website development space is jam packed with competition. I now have two offices and continue to grow because of TESLA MEDIA. If you want to get your business to the next level and beyond, with people you can trust, forget those other wanna be companies, TESLA MEDIA is all you need to know. read more

First and foremost, I would like to thank tesla for the awesome work they did on my webpage. I had a business a very long time ago that did not succeed. As many of you know, businesses at this time is somewhat of a challenge and financially hard on small businesses. Years ago, marketing and Internet wasn't that important to me, which I blame myself for having a failed business and not investing in marketing. With all that being said, I wanted to do things right with the business and searched for a reputable place that would understand not only my needs, but my budget. I'm so glad that I found tesla. The staff are incredibly patient and answered my questions with no hassle or irritation. They didn't treat me like a small business; I felt as if they truly cared about my success. They did my webpage the way I envisioned and did my seo for me at a reasonable price! They even do content, which can be stressful at times for a business owner. After all, content/graphics is the first impression to a viewer looking at a webpage. I may be a newbie on marketing, but my webpage shows otherwise. I am officially a proud owner with a legit webpage, finally!! read more

Tesla Media Group goes above and beyond to help their clients with their website and marketing. I cannot express how much I appreciate everything they do for my company. When I first contacted them (from a referral of a different company that works with Tesla) they were very professional and I knew right away they really knew their stuff. I had many questions and concerns before signing up with them and they were able to address them in a very clear and concise way. I also love the fact that they give me reports on the rankings of my website and they keep me periodic updates so I am never left out in the dark. Wonderful customer service if you ask me!
