The shape of my eyebrows is not great, I don't really think they look fuller, and yes they look a bit darker, but i feel like it only highlights the gaps of missing hair even more. First and last time doing eyebrow lamination or tinting. You can't really see in the photos, but one eyebrow is definitely thinner than the other. I hope they can grow out fast so I can repair the damage.

She also gave me some samples of some creams that I had no clue existed but is something that I actually need! The wax service itself was decent. I just got my eyebrows cleaned up and my upper lip wax. I feel like she didn't pay enough attention to detail to my brows, but I don't get those waxed often so I'll just choose a different technician in the future. They use a different kind of wax here than what I'm used to, and I liked it better!! It dries insanely fast on the skin then they just peel the wax up itself - no need for using papers to peel it off. I feel like this wax doesn't pull on the skin as much and didn't hurt near as much. I returned two days later to wax my legs and get a clean up of the hair left by the first tech. I was fortunate to get Daeja who was thorough, and she touched each area as soon as it was waxed, which helped to soothe the immediate pain. I quickly changed my next appointment from the first tech to Daeja. If you don't like walking barefoot on sketchy floors, I suggest bringing a pair of slippers when getting a leg wax. Also, I bought several of the recommended products and broke out so severely, I had to see a doctor who prescribed anti inflammatory meds. Check the ingredients before buying the products or do a patch test to ensure it agrees with your skin type. I look forward to my next wax with Daeja because I know she will be thorough and she is customer-friendly. I'm rating my second experience in this survey, not my first visit.
