This location is spacious and incredibly clean! The hours are a bit wonky and they don't open on Mondays and Tuesdays (for now). Check-in is rather seamless with the iPad in the front. The seating area is plush and inviting, which you'll be waiting at until your tech comes to get you; although the wait time hasn't been long and you're probably in and out within 15 minutes. My tech, Julia, has been very thorough, welcoming and knowledgeable. She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure (granted the pain level is little to none). The equipment at this location is of the latest technology, ensuring a painless experience. Prices are reasonable and they have Groupon deals for this location as well. Worth the investment for lower maintenance!

I've tried other wax places outside of EWC and prefer EWC. The quality and consistency is the best. Let me know if you'd like a referral! :o)

My first wax experience here was not good. The technician was not at all empathetic to the pain I…read morewas experiencing and she basically rushed through my first ever Brazilian wax. I returned two days later to wax my legs and get a clean up of the hair left by the first tech. I was fortunate to get Daeja who was thorough, and she touched each area as soon as it was waxed, which helped to soothe the immediate pain. I quickly changed my next appointment from the first tech to Daeja. If you don't like walking barefoot on sketchy floors, I suggest bringing a pair of slippers when getting a leg wax. Also, I bought several of the recommended products and broke out so severely, I had to see a doctor who prescribed anti inflammatory meds. Check the ingredients before buying the products or do a patch test to ensure it agrees with your skin type. I look forward to my next wax with Daeja because I know she will be thorough and she is customer-friendly. I'm rating my second experience in this survey, not my first visit. If I rated my first visit with the other tech, I would have to rate it one star.
