I was looking for a place near Windsor that did boba and came across Mango's. I was so excited for how close it was but also slightly confused on the location when I looked on the map. It is tucked away which is never a bad thing. When you go in, there is a large menu right in front. I do sometimes get a little anxious when trying new places alone so I had already looked online. However, I did notice they were out of several items when I walked in. Luckily, not what I was going to order. It was very hot inside. I felt bad for the lady working. Behind the counter was kind of a mess too. It looked more like a warehouse than a kitchen type area. I ordered my boba and was out the door in no time. Which was wonderful since it was hot both inside and outside. I ordered a taro milk tea boba and it was just okay. It was insanely sweet. I don't like my milk tea's overly sweet so it was hard for me to get through. If someone wants to go sometime, I'll definitely try them again as their fruit does look amazing. I just don't know that I would go out of my way again for it. read more

The hours are odd, so check before you drive over but go go go! The fruit is fresh and the combinations are delicious. Anything from the menu is a win! The menu is in Spanish, but you can't go wrong with anything you order. (So if you don't understand what your ordering, it will probably still be great) They have images on the menu, so it's an easy way to determine what you want. We live in Windsor and have been driving to Santa Rosa almost everyday to get our Boba Tea fix. For the past 2 weeks since the discovery of Flavor Fiesta we been enjoying yummy treats and no more special trips to Santa Rosa. I've been picking up treats for my co-workers and going to make this a new weekly tradition. The family who owns/runs this shop is extremely nice. We ordered the strawberry and coconut shaved ice cream along with the green shaved snow, i threw away the shaved snow immediately as it was so sweet. Total was $16. This place is where the old donut store used to be over by the Round Table Pizza. They do still have donuts made by the same place but it moved to run a park they have them taken in every day. It's the only place in Windsor that has boba. I had never had it before and the guy that works there let me try some for free which was really nice of him. They have lots of different smoothies and ice drinks they also have coffee and a lot of different types of flavored boba's. There's two different seating areas with couches and chairs. They accept credit cards. Everyone is really nice it is a new place in town. I will definitely be coming here again. I tried the Mangonada - plenty of fresh mango on top of a mango smoothie ( more like granita) topped with lime and chili spices. So good and refreshing, but beware ! Quite spicy! Good value at $4 for all the fresh fruit. As other reviewers said, they happily gave samples of the shaved ice cream to my kids, who loved it. The chocolate was great - not as sweet or rich as regular ice cream. We also tried the mango milk tea boba smoothie - more creamy than the mangonada- and the mixed berry smoothie, which was delicious! Portions are generous 16oz - enough to share. I was visiting from out of town and wanted some ice cream. My brother brought me here and said it was the best. Boy was he right they have lots of options for ice cream including homemade fruit bars. There is something for everyone here. Our experience here was wonderful. When we pulled up a young boy open the door for us and greeted us. You can tell that this restaurant is a labor of love for this family. We had just come from an experience where the restaurant didn't care that they had our business. That was not the case here! I was expecting a lot more than what I found at Flavor Fiesta. Yes, I'm happy to be able to get boba drinks right here in Windsor. We did enjoy the ice cream we ordered. There were a few different offerings available here but the place seemed to be incomplete. They had empty shelves where donuts used to be, I'm assuming. The decor looked like it was just put up hastily and inexpensively. Okay, they are just starting out and are on a budget, it appears. I wish them the best of luck. They will need it to survive in this location with poor street visibility which surely charges high rent.
