Mango sago
Raj S.

Have heard about this place from my friends and never visited . First timer .. actually a very nice concept . Most of it comes from mango . Nice ambience and very well located within a mall. Parking can get crazy on peak hours. Lots of other shops around . This place had good interiors and lots of seating to sit and dine . We ordered few stuff from menu - mango based items had similar taste and texture . Sago with mango juice was goood. I ordered another mango smoothie which was the same as the previous item . Bubble tea was average . Not that special .. ice cream was actually good . Kids loved it . overall service was quick . Overall experience was good . 4 stars

Green Tea Mille Crepe Cake and Matcha Dark Chocolate Honey Cake

Interior was super clean and cute, and customer service was great. The matcha crepe cake was 10/10 and did not disappoint. The matcha flavor was strong, and it wasn't too sweet. The matcha dark chocolate honey cake was a little disappointing. The chocolate flavor was really mild, and I wouldn't say it tasted like dark chocolate. This cake tasted more like a creamy milk chocolate cake w/ a layer of matcha. I wanted to try the mango cake, but it wasn't sold out. I'd come back to try that one.

Mango Mango is a great dessert spot. Dined in and there were plenty of seating. Shared a Combo B and a pot of Mango Green Tea.

My family and I are big fans of these desserts. Cant go wrong with A1, A2, A6, A7. Anything with fresh mango. Add sago or mochi for extra texture.

Perfect dessert !! So refreshing and tasty Is it a little expensive for the amount maybe but to me it was worth!

A lovely Hong Kong dessert place serving crepe cakes, crepes, waffles and ice cream, and traditional Hong Kong fruit desserts which are somewhat like a smoothie bowl but with a more custard like texture that's dotted with little beads that taste like tapioca. I tried the crème brûlée crêpe cake, passionfruit tea, Oreo crêpe cake, and a mango dessert. I loved the passionfruit tea. Unlike a lot of boba shops, this one is very tea forward. It's a jasmine tea that has a nice balance of fruitiness. Perfect level of sweetness for my taste. The Oreo crepe cake was my favorite dessert. It had a lot of texture and a unique denseness that made it different than Lady M (Asian + French fusion). These crepe cakes are more custardy than mousse like. The creme brûlée cake was nice but not my personal favorite. It has a cake batter taste. I am familiar with crepe cakes but not with Hong Kong desserts. The desserts are fresh, refreshing and very different. I have a classic American palette and prefer things on the sweeter side so they suggested the Oreo crepe cake and for next time maybe their Nutella filled crepes. You can dine in or takeout. The servers come to your table if you are dining in and take your order. This was a very hospitable place and everybody was willing to explain the menu to me and answer my questions. They also do not rush you at all. It's very relaxing here. The decor is very minimal and reminds me of what you would likely find in Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back especially in the fall. They serve an off the menu hot coffee and tea drink I want to try. You are able to get hot tea served in a tea pot with a tea cup if you dine in. I look forward to doing that.

Mango snow cloud

Delicious mango based dessert. We had mango snow cloud which has mango chunks, mango ice cream, mango shaved ice and mango popping bubbles. Big enough for two people! Restaurant was nice and clean. Service was fast. Will go back (again and again)!

was really looking forward to trying mango mango. i for their mango sticky rice and almond pudding. the sticky rice was not soft enough and was a bit tough even with the coconut sauce. the almond soup which is warm was just ok the texture is like drinkable mochi and the flavor was to subtle for me.

good ambience, good deserts, friendly staff. We like the pastries specially the crepe ones and the brûlée.

Happiest when there are more dessert areas opening up in the neighborhood, this location opened up recently in Livingston. Clean decor and good amount of seating. Plenty of parking place. Quick service, but do be aware the place fills up quickly on weekends. Both the waffle and mango icecream with sago were so good, not too sweet but just the right amount. Would love to try other desserts.

I've stopped the edison location a few times, but was super excited to see this opening up in north jersey. as there isn't too many asian dessert spots i north jersey, besides in bergen. This place is currently open for a soft opening, but the grand opening is on the 27th. if you come then and spend over $25, you can come get a cool themed cup for kids! the desserts came out super fast, they were sold out of some things like the cream puff, but that is more expected as they are sorting out operations and daily quantities! I ordered the A3 with lychee jelly, mango ice cream, mangos, and strawberries. unfortunately, my mango ice cream was mostly frozen so it was quite icy, but other than that the A3 is my go to dessert. it was a little bit quieter than preferred with the music being played a bit too quiet, so could easily over hear other people's conversation. parking is in the town center shared with other stores in the plaza. it should be able to find a spot on the weekdays fairly easily. I think there is also additionally indoor garage parking near the store. staff is nice and friendly, but definitely be patient as they get up to speed with this new operation. the space is super cute and perfect for a cute date spot or family outing!

The world needs more dessert cafes like this one! I recently went with a friend - we are both huge dessert fans and we were in heaven! Their durian crepe cake is to die for and will keep me going back time and time again. If you've never tried durian, give this one a shot! We also tried the special mango sago with mango ice cream and the coconut pineapple pandan cake - both were delicious! All of the desserts we had were light and not too sweet, hence why we could have 3 desserts between just two of us! My friend also loved their matcha brûlée bubble tea that she tried warm. The place is cute and cozy with plenty of tables to chat at and enjoy your desserts. We will absolutely be back to try more!

Mango Mochi (complimentary)

Ordered: Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly (~$9): combination of mango and strawberry blended & topped with mango ice cream, sago pearls, fresh mango, strawberry chunks, and lychee jelly Mango Mille Crepe Cake (~$9): crepe layers stacked evenly between layers of fresh mango cream, served with fresh mango and mango sauce Mango Mochi (complimentary): mochi dough filled with fresh mango chunks and sweet coconut shreds Mango Green Tea with Lychee Jelly (complimentary) Mango Pancake (complimentary): soft crepe skin wrapped with fresh cream and mango Aya's take: Mango Mango has been around for 10 years now serving Hong Kong-style desserts from blended drinks to fruit teas to handmade desserts. It's nice to see it expand to New Jersey and this location in Livingston was a great choice. We were greeted by the owner Brian who was super friendly and helpful the whole time. We started off with the Mango Mochi; I usually eat Mochi in ice cream form so this was a bit different for me. I definitely prefer it colder but it was nice and light. I have to say everything we got was delicious and absolutely perfect during these Summer months. I can literally eat the Strawberry Mango Juice Sago & Lychee Jelly everyday. It's refreshing, light, fresh, and juicy. I didn't think I would like the Mango Mille Crepe Cake considering I never had mango in a baked good but this was unreal. The layers of mango cream and the thin crepe were super addicting. This whole dessert experience would be incomplete without a drink. The Mango Green Tea with Lychee Jelly was one of the best crafted fruit teas I've had (even better than a lot of places in NYC). The Mango Pancake was also a good try; the crepe skin here was not my favorite but I definitely inhaled the filling of fresh cream and mango. All in all, do yourself a favor and come to Mango Mango. You will be happy you did!

They are awesome. A top 3 brownie in the state. It clearly gets crowded on weekends but serviced is always nice and prompt.

I just noticed that it's been 9 years since I last reviewed Sorrento's. It's the easiest review to…read morewrite since this is one of my top bakeries in NJ. I've stopped here to pick up lunch literally hundreds of times over the past 30 years or so. Sorrento's is as good now as the first time I went there, probably even better! The sandwiches here are outstanding! The quality of the ingredients is first rate and the prices are very reasonable. There's plenty of salads and soup here to go with the sandwiches also. The stars of the show here for me though are the bakery items. Whether it's the cakes, donuts, or pastries, I've never had anything here I didn't like. Some favorites for me are the Napoleons, Lobster Tail, Linser Tarts, and Black & White cookies. My wife loves the Red Velvet Cupcakes and the Cannolis. The Thanksgiving pies from here are always a huge hit. If you haven't been to Sorrento's Bakery, check it out. I'm planning on stopping here for many more years!
