My car 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee had a failure with the window and door lock controls on the drivers…read moredoor, they all stopped working. Worse yet the problem started moving toward the center of the car and other controls stopped working. I called and made an appointment at Alameda Auto electric. The best part was they LISTENED to every word I said. The technician "Maraio" listened and analyzed the problem. Mario worked on the problem and on the same day fixed all that was wrong.. I swear that he must know as much about the system as the designer. I have never had as good an experience with car repair as Alamo Auto Electric. This is a great place. I recommend them for everything. Great job guys. Thank you.

I brought my daughter's car here because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. sure enough it had to…read morebe replaced. but then one of the O2 sensors was bad so that had to be done along with a few other items. The total bill ended up being $1300. No problem, this was my baby girl's first car so I said do it all. Got the car back and the new battery was dead by morning. Turns out this car had a module that will randomly turn on electrical stuff when it goes bad and it kills the battery. Took a month to get the old module rebuilt and cost $2000. But the worst part is that things that worked before now NO LONGER WORK such as the AC on/off switch. Also the back windows no longer roll down. Items that worked before bringing the car there. When I called to inquire about it, the response was "We can take a look at it". Not: 'I'm sorry that you're having issues since we've worked on your car, let me take care of that for you'. They wanted me to spend more money to get shit fixed that wasn't an issue before I brought them the car in the first place. I had already spent well over $3k getting this car "fixed" and now more stuff is broken on it, NAH, I'm not spending anymore money at this scam mechanic so that the can bleed me dry. Enough is enough. If you can, avoid this place at all costs because they will "fix" one thing and then you'll end up needing them to "fix" something else that wasn't a problem until you brought it to them. I expected I higher level of customer service after spending so much money. I was wrong. They're nothing but a bunch of SCAM ARTISTS!

Victor I would sincerely like to THANK YOU for all you help today!!! I reached out to Victor…read morebecause we own an Audi and every time we take it to dealership for oil maintenance they do there routine check and end up with 3k or more in "recommended" services to maintain the car. It wouldn't be so bad if they were legit suggestions, but it's always something different. I am currently overseas and my daughter lives in El Paso and we don't know where or who we can trust with out vehicle. You have gained a customer and someone who will recommend you to everyone. Victor took his time to check out or Audi, explained issue, and gave options. He did not take advantage of my daughter by suggesting repairs that were not needed. He went above and beyond to ensure our car was drivable and safe. His recommendations of places to go to get things taken care of, he told her what and who to ask for.. we will definitely continue to keep coming back. Victor once again THANK YOU!

We brought my son's car here to have it serviced given the clutch was going out and another issue…read more They initially said it would take three days, then we received a call after the weekend on Monday that we needed to purchase two additional parts. The problem with that is that one of the parts was in the kit that we had already purchased they just didn't look, the gentleman says, "oh yeah, my bad" Another week goes by, and we are told another part is broken, we buy that. We call and ask for status, and we are told "sorry the technician doesn't know what he's doing its not done yet let me get another tech." After three weeks of having my son's car and almost $2500 dollars later, we get my son's car. After my son gets his car he takes it for a ride, THE FRONT TWO WHEELS WERE NOT COMPLETLEY PUT ON THE VEHICLE!!!!!!!! That could have resulted in a fatality. My son then texts the gentleman that he has been in contact with this entire time "Martin" and sends pictures and videos to him and he says, "all good now tho?" my son said "it wasn't put on fully" he then text back "ok". That's it nothing else, not even a single apology. Finding a reliable mechanic in El Paso has been a nightmare and now to add this experience to it I am at a loss.

So, here I am. I googled for a place to do my emissions test, I chose Bagdon because of its location, hours and because it is a local owned business. When it comes to vehicle service I have had way more positive experiences with local business than nation wide franchise. Bagdon Diagnostic Center is the place to come for your emission's test in El Paso's Northeast.
