What I realize is that Tiffany is the only salon that effectively deals with my ingrown toenails. They know what they are doing, hands down, over any other nail salon I have ever gone to. I suffer in between visits if I can't make it there every month. This is a specialty they have above and beyond any other salon, their prices are good and include this very important service, and my nails look terrific. There were also two men in the salon yesterday for services, one suffering from skin growing over his toenails. They do a great job and appear to have training and experience beyond other salons. My pedicure looks fine, but I paid for a bit of an upgrade and the massage felt like someone was just putting lotion on, so that was the first bummer.The manicure was worse. First off, she chose a really wide tip for my pointer fingers so they look disproportionate to the rest of my nails. Secondly at the very end I noticed my nails looked really grainy/speckly... almost like you can see powder under the layers. When the tech asked me if I liked it I told her that it looked really grainy and I was expecting it to look like the sample, which was a flat color. She said it's the dip powder and there is nothing she can do and that sometimes the manufacture changes the powder or something like that? I get that it's not necessarily your fault if that's the case, but I'm ultimately not happy with my nails and wish there had been some sort of offer to change my color or provide a credit for a future visit. I think this was the last straw for me, time to find another spot. But if you don't mind over paying for mediocre quality, then it's a great spot!

She was very professional and did an amazing job with the color and some added gold foil detailing.
