This is my first time ever leaving a yelp review, as I'm honestly confused at the unprofessionalism and unwillingness to work with a client. I'm a very straight forward and reasonable person, however there's no good reason to ever ignore questions and concerns and only text back when it's regarding money. It took hours on end to get almost nowhere with an appointment which is insane. Irma refused to send me basic videos of their work. Refused to give me any basic information on their tint selections. refused to send me any social medias with their work. Irma was only interested in replying to me when it regarded increasing price, but would flat out ignore any questions or concerns I had. The shop: Two hard working owners who take a lot of pride in their work and have over 40 years of experience between the two of them. Armando and Irma have both worked at dealerships in the past (Toyota & Lexus) and their experience and professionalism show in their explanations of the options/product and their work. My experience: I requested a quote through yelp and got 5 responses. Armando responded quickly, with a great price and let me know there could be a charge for tint removal. Other companies didn't mention that or didn't provide a price for the removal. That's what sold me.....the honesty. I told him I had tint and he requested pics. He then told me I likely had privacy color built in. He could have told me it was tint, changed me for the removal and I wouldn't have known the difference. When a business is upfront and honest I have so much respect for them and feel they've earned my business. The price didn't change front the online quote through completion and my car was ready early. The finished product: 15% ceramic tint on all four side windows and the rear window and after a bit of discussion I decided on 70% for the front windshield. However when I arrived someone else applied my tint. When I asked for Armando he replied oh Armando referred you to us? So I was confused it seemed I was at a totally different business.
