My only complaint is there is a door that leads to the street so they have people entering through the restaurant to get to the mall. We set a date to eat out and checked the restaurant's operating hours: it closes 10:00 PM on Thursdays. We arrived sometime before 7:20, but was surprised when the waiter told us that they are not taking any more customers because the kitchen will be closing soon. This was a surprise because at the time there was at least one table of 2 diners presently eating still. It was also still fairly early in the night just after 7PM. Additionally, the waiter told us that we should have called the restaurant first before coming in to reserve a table. That does not make sense. As prospective diners, we did our due diligence in checking the timings of the food place. The SOP is to call in for reservations if it is a really busy restaurant, or to reserve for big groups or for special functions. For whatever reason, It was not right for the waiter to shift the alibi of not being able to serve to us.
