    92. Teriyaki Chicken Kabobs

Food- it's pretty good, highly recommend the teriyaki chicken skewers. They have a wonderful price, and they have a HUGE portion. I don't really care for their pot stickers, they were a bit stiff and flavorless and the noodles aren't the best either but I will always come back for their teriyaki chicken skewers. The ambiance is very quiet which is why I like to do to go orders, and the servers and employees are very sweet and friendly when I pick up my things. Will always come back :)

Given this is a b uffet in the middle of nowhere and one of only two buffets in Sonora and/or Tuolumne county, the food is decent going on good. A mom and pop kind of business. The staff is very friendly and knows the regulars who frequently visit the place. I could see staff talking with the local residents, even the Chinese front staff person spoke a couple of phrases of Spanish to the latino residents. I came near opening and the food was fresh and well prepared. Nothing was awfully dry. I was surprised to see sweet and sour pork. Chow mein was a bit bland. Few offering at this buffet but then again all of them prepared well and delicious. At the beginning, was just me and a granny but going towards 12noon, started to fill to 50%. Staff was attenative to refilling my soda whcih is unlimited but an additonal cost to the buffet. I came on July 4th weekend, had an upcharge of $17.99/perperson, dinner all day. Had sushi but I didn't try since I was full. Few dessert options but then again what do you expect out of town with just a couple of thousand residents.

There's one Asian food buffet in Sonora and this is it, and I'm so glad! Always a great selection of quality food with Chinese, Thai and a smidge of American selections. McDonalds charged me 18 bucks for a quarter pounder meal, but for 13 I got to eat a much as I wantedof much more delicious food. The wait staff is always charming, the restaurant is always clean. I've seen some reviews panning this amazing Sonora restaurant, but most, like me, know you aren't going to get a better, more diverse, tasty, large-as-large-as-you-want meal for the price than Mandarin House!

    Sushi and desert bar!

Good Chinese food at a reasonable price. And its buffet style! I eat lunch there at least once a week.

There was one bowl in front of me so I'm not sure why it took so long. They definitely make their money by limiting the acye. The food was fresh and good but don't expect multiple bowls unless you are willing to sit there for two hours. The tables were a little dirty and the "appetizers" left something to be desired. It is wonton chips, a single potsticker, and white rice. It is good for the price but room for improvement

I did not try it when they first opened as the demand at the new restaurant was always lines and waits. However this has quickly become one of our favorite places. They have all you can eat at dinner time for roughly $20/person. For lunch you get a one time go, rice, pot stickers (soup for dine in) and a drink for the same amount. The staff is super attentive; they quickly find out if you will be dining in or taking it to go so they can set you up a table. The produce is very fresh and they are constantly filling up the self service bar. During busy times their staff is constantly cleaning up the bar area where you fill your bowls with meats & veggies as well as the sauce bar. This place is well maintained. There are quite a few tables inside with informational signage around the dining area. They have restrooms available for customers. When you dine in, the staff is attentive to remove empty bowls/plates and filling your drinks. This was our first meal of the New Year - and it was delicious. Our lunch meals were such great portions we had enough for lunch on New Years and the day after.

The GPS took us to the old building which has a casino and bingo hall. We parked here but ended up taking the shuttle to the brand new building which was located just a couple minute drive away. If your goal is to spend your time in the new building, there's plenty of parking down on the lower lot. We signed up for the players club which came with $10 in free play, which got used up pretty quick. They have a ton of slots and a handful of card tables. The lowest minimum I saw for blackjack was $15, and definitely the most popular of the blackjack tables. I spent most of my time on the slots and while I started off hot, the casino always wins in the end lol. I racked up enough player points to get a free bluetooth speaker, which was pretty cool! The slots I had the best luck on was the Top Dollar and Huff n Puff machines. Everything else was no good for me. The Casino floor isn't huge by any stretch but does what it needs to do. They have a few restaurants on-site. The 209 sports bar was the busiest and one of the only spots to watch sports and eat. The bar on the 3rd floor had live music after 9pm and was pretty lively. I was low key very surprised at how busy it was. Overall, solid spot to get your casino fix that just so happened to be a short drive from where we are staying. Next time I'm feeling the urge to win, I definitely wouldn't hesitate spending more time here.
