I am so glad I did at first when I walked in it just looked a little small like maybe they don't have a lot of furniture, but I got the pleasure to meet with Daniel he guided me and said that they have multiple bedroom sets. So what he did he showed me a lot of books filled with all the furniture that they have. I had a seat and I looked at all the books. There were so many of them that I actually liked. I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. Overall, if you're looking for any furniture, I definitely recommend this store. They have so many books you could look at they have so many furniture there anything you would want. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and he listened to all my needs. I am very satisfied with the furniture. I got here. I would definitely be back here again.

Saying they have it, plus store address & hours. Drove 2 hours to come check it out. Come to find out they don't have it in the store it's in the wear house plus it's $2,000+ . So as you can see why I'm super disappointed. Post was misleading. Plus the gentleman who welcomed us in was way too pushy. We said we just want to look and he kept hounding us with question and deals, that alone would make me walk out if I was looking for new couch. We originally only came in to talk about the high-quality pillows they offered, but throughout our visit we also discussed the benefits of a new mattress and the different pricing options available. We were already considering replacing our mattress, and with Suzanne's help, we realized we could not only afford a quality mattress with the deals they had available, but that upgrading sooner rather than later could make a big difference in our sleep. Because of a health concern, it's important for me to have the right mattress firmness, bed height, and size. Suzanne took the time to understand exactly what I needed and showed me a combination that immediately felt better on my back. She also explained how much an adjustable base could help with getting in and out of bed and let me try it for myself in the store. She proved her point immediately. I was happily upsold. We went in looking for pillows and left with a new mattress and a really nice adjustable base. I did, however, forget the pillows... guess I'll have to be back. Suzanne's excellent customer service and friendly demeanor toward our children also made a huge difference in how comfortable we felt throughout the entire process. At no point did I feel pressured into buying something we didn't want. Instead, I felt like she listened to what we needed and helped us find the right setup. 10/10 experience. There was a tiny nickel to dime size discoloration that is really hard to notice unless you blow up the photo 100 times, I did not even know what they were talking about. My wife and I bought a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer from this location. Couple days…read moreafter our appliances were delivered our refrigerator started making a loud knocking noise periodically throughout the day. I immediately called up RC Willeys customer service to get it fixed or replaced. The lady who I spoke to was going to just have a new one delivered to swap it them out. That was until their technician got involved. I was then told the soonest he could make it out was a week from when I called in. It was an agonizing week listening to it knocking every 1-2 hours. When their technician guys came out they easily fixed the problem and explained sometimes when the guys in the warehouse load them that their dollyies for loading them bend this metal tab pushing it into the back fan of the refrigerator. Simple as that. Here's where it went wrong, upon pushing our refrigerator back into its place the compression fitting for the water popped off the back and started spraying water all over the place. One of the guys was very considerate and tried to help as much as he could but it was the the other technician who threw his hands up saying we needed to contact a plumber and that it wasn't their fault. Wtf?! Funny how it worked fine before you moved it. Upon closer inspection I now know what they did. Rather than disconnecting the water to service the back of the fridge, they kept it hooked up and by doing so pulled the water line so tight it stripped the compression fitting. They basically turned the water off to our entire house and left us in this condition. Would I buy something from them again... hell no! Just for the unprofessionalism displayed by the technician they employ.

But, I came in with like $500 thinking I would pay that much but need maybe $200 more to pay later. And I asked the cost of the mattress I wanted. I was not given an answer but told to see how each mattress feels without giving me a price of each. The seller could have just told me the price and that should have been a red flag to me. But, I laid one each one to come to the conclusion that I wanted the mattress advertised online (black with pillow top). The rest didnt look good to me and most didn't feel comfortable. I assumed the one I wanted was $800-$1000 but with an 80% discount as mentioned on FB and in ads. But I was told it was $1300 for the mattress and box spring. The seller was vague about everything else and he literally scrolled through everything as I viewed the documents and he just showed me my weekly payments so I thought I was paying off $1300 for delivery and all. I get home and I thoroughly read my documents and it says I owe nearly $4000. I was ashamed of myself for taking a $1300 bed and box spring because I told him 80% off of this is $1300!? I thought I would pay $400-$600 for everything. He told me the mattress is over $1500 or more without the discount. And this guy was so vague about everything he did not tell me about the interest. He only told me everything was $1300. I could have gone to Rent a Center or Aarons for the price and interest. And payments would be less. I will never shop here again. And the mattress is big and looks good now but there are a lot of strings pulled or torn out of the top. I had same day delivery and the seller was like I can delivery it after we sign the documents. I should have left and brought a 14 inch mattress from Amazon for $500+ with free delivery. I went in thinking I would be given a higher price and I didnt like that prices werent listed above the beds. They can give you any price. And this is not a discount store. I could have paid $300-$1000 for a bed in full instead of having over $3500 debt. I want to return it but I will try to pay a lesser fee with the 90 day fee of like $1450. It felt like such a rip off but the is was before I realized I had to pay $3500+.
