I am so glad I did at first when I walked in it just looked a little small like maybe they don't have a lot of furniture, but I got the pleasure to meet with Daniel he guided me and said that they have multiple bedroom sets. So what he did he showed me a lot of books filled with all the furniture that they have. I had a seat and I looked at all the books. There were so many of them that I actually liked. I had difficulty picking one. They were all very beautiful bedroom sets and exactly what I was looking for according to the color . I ended up picking a bedroom set . The delivery was very quick and very sufficient. The guys built everything for me in a good timely matter. They picked up all their trash. Everything went great. I am in love with my bedroom set. I was still in the hunt for a couch and I found one that I really liked and I sent a picture to Daniel and I asked him if they carry this one and he said they do so I ordered it. I went back inside and ordered it. My couch got delivered with in the next day. They set it up for me same experience and I got the couch that I really wanted. Overall, if you're looking for any furniture, I definitely recommend this store. They have so many books you could look at they have so many furniture there anything you would want. Daniel was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and he listened to all my needs. I am very satisfied with the furniture. I got here. I would definitely be back here again.

Saying they have it, plus store address & hours. Drove 2 hours to come check it out. Come to find out they don't have it in the store it's in the wear house plus it's $2,000+ . We said we just want to look and he kept hounding us with question and deals, that alone would make me walk out if I was looking for new couch. Frustrated, I went down the road to Mattress Firm-- I was immediately greeted by Greg the moment I walked in the door. He cheered me up right away, and once I explained my budget and the type of mattress I liked, the very first one he recommended to me was the one I ended up buying. He did an awesome job of providing different options to make sure the items/ services I purchased were in my budget and what I needed. I was in and out the door in about 30 minutes! My delivery was today, and the delivery team was SUPER quick! They easily hauled off my old, gunky mattress and did a great job of replacing it with the new one. There was a tiny nickel to dime size discoloration that is really hard to notice unless you blow up the photo 100 times, I did not even know what they were talking about. What really stood out was his follow-up and support all the way until the last minute to make sure everything went smoothly. He truly provided excellent customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the delivery experience. When the delivery staff arrived, I politely asked if they could remove their shoes or wear booties before bringing the furniture inside. I was told "no, and if you have a problem, call my manager." I accepted this because I did not want to cancel the delivery and reschedule for another day, but the response felt dismissive and unprofessional. As a customer inviting people into my home, I don't think that was an unreasonable request. During the delivery, one of the delivery staff injured his leg and was bleeding onto my carpet. We were concerned about him and tried to help by providing bandages twice to stop the bleeding. I truly felt bad for him and hope he is doing well. In addition, there was damage to my stairs during the delivery process, and I was not informed about it at the time. I only discovered the damage after the team had already left my home, which was very disappointing. Overall, the lack of transparency and customer-friendly service was really disappointing. I expected better.
