I was trying to write another review about how nasty the management is a few people there The one…read morethat takes care of society hell I'm not going to mention names she was very nice in the beginning and then when Kevin was standing behind her she was nasty as can be I guess he tells them what to say and do when they jump we will see what's going to happen after June cuz they sent me a bill for something that was not my problem was an outside problem cuz they don't know how to fix these grounds actually the grounds are nice but they charge us too much money cuz they keep redoing them we have maintenance guy sitting around doing nothing they come every day early in the morning which is ridiculous we don't need them here everyday The only thing good about this place is the pool but I never use it just don't like to hear the gossip when I go down there everybody doesn't like this place but when it comes to time for board meeting or everybody to get together to get rid of the management company everybody chickens out and the board of directors are a joke they're nowhere to be found you don't even have a list of their phone numbers and I did call one when I have it had an issue I just wanted to ask a question never got back to me so why take the job if you don't want the responsibility so they must be getting something out of it which like I said in my previous post I worked for a management company for 15 years and I've seen what went on how numbers have been changed how many people get away with things it's unbelievable up here sorry to keep posting bad things but I don't have a good thing and I am moving soon I'll be going to Florida getting out of here and they can keep the house cuz I'll foreclose on it cuz I really don't care cuz nobody's coming to two people came to see at my house is brand new in the inside the outside the paint is chipping all over they're supposed to be painting again which we already paid for one assessment so they're supposed to be painting again but in the meantime people look at that and they think they have to live like that and they're not going to do it so just be prepared if you want to put your house so for sale wait for everything to be done first cuz when people see how bad the complex is taking they must have painted three times since I've been here at our expense there's no reason for that if they buy the right paint and the right people they're just keeping a whole bunch of employees on the staff for no reason well that's it for now we'll get back I'll get back to everybody in July after I find out what's going to happen after we go to court cuz I had no other thing except for to take them to court this is ridiculous this whole place by then I'll probably be out of here they'll have one house that's going to foreclose people are going to see that and it won't be the only house that foreclosed in the past I honestly don't care I'll be out of the state so they can keep the house they can do what they want people are going to ask why the house is empty and why I left it and all they have to do is look at the reviews so thanks for nothing heritage hills management
