It is one thing to take your job cavalierly if your working at the local quick shop (where by the way I have experienced greater service than demonstrated by this person) but when it comes to being the liaison between individuals seeking a residence and those seeking to lease a residence her complete disregard for common curtsy, professionalism and manners is appalling. I have recently interacted with 12 other realtors from various agencies and all but one was a kind, caring, compassionate and responsive individual - this person is none of those things. She is harassing us about the front of our unit. We have had to call the management company, her office and security to get her to stop. Next step is the police. I would not recommend using this agent and I would stay away from any company employing her.

While Madeline works near Somers - she showed us houses in Ossining, White Plains, and eventually we found our perfect house in Mount Pleasant. We spend many weekends looking at houses and each time I could tell Madeline had really narrowed down on what me and my husband were looking for and was so active in sending new listings our way. She led us through putting in offers, and the third time was a charm because the third house we put an offer in they accepted - and honestly it was the perfect house for us! Madeline helped us with what to look for, was honest, never pushy, so patient, and so knowledgeable. She is so responsive to emails and gave great guidance when it came to working out the closing process. She has very good contacts that also helped assist with the mortgage process and the legal aspect of purchasing a home. I could not imagine having had to go through this process without her. Joan Mancini is way past her prime and her laissez-faire attitude doesn't cut it in todays…read morereal-estate world. We hired Joan to help us purchase our house; we brought the listening to her. The first and major issue we had with Joan was her pushing her lawyer friend Victoria Rosman on us. Victoria was such a horrendous person and a horrible lawyer that we tried to fire her twice during our process and Joan would not let us. Joan has a tough time communicating and getting things done. You could give her a list of things you have questions on or need answers to and she would maybe answer 1 of those items and than ignore all the other ones. All we ever heard from Joan is "I left them a message"; all talk no action Joan. Once I started to make calls regarding concessions or anything else, I was able to get answers in minutes. She seriously got nothing accomplished for us except add to making this one of the most horrible experiences we have ever encountered. In the end, we got screwed big time on concessions, purchased a house with an outstanding CO for a 1/2 bathroom, and has an unresolved title/ survey issue. Now if that doesn't make a great realtor, I don't know what will. I can not recommend Joan for anyone's home purchasing journey.
