The first and major issue we had with Joan was her pushing her lawyer friend Victoria Rosman on us. Victoria was such a horrendous person and a horrible lawyer that we tried to fire her twice during our process and Joan would not let us. Joan has a tough time communicating and getting things done. You could give her a list of things you have questions on or need answers to and she would maybe answer 1 of those items and than ignore all the other ones. All we ever heard from Joan is "I left them a message"; all talk no action Joan. Once I started to make calls regarding concessions or anything else, I was able to get answers in minutes. She seriously got nothing accomplished for us except add to making this one of the most horrible experiences we have ever encountered. In the end, we got screwed big time on concessions, purchased a house with an outstanding CO for a 1/2 bathroom, and has an unresolved title/ survey issue. Now if that doesn't make a great realtor, I don't know what will. I can not recommend Joan for anyone's home purchasing journey.
