I've been dealing with arm pain for a year and this is the first time that I have relief and a reason as to why I have pain. Dr. Palm took his time to assess me, listened to my ailments and they provided a couple possible diagnoses which couldn't really be verified without more imaging, but at least he offered a plan to start working on his hypothesis. Most importantly, he used his brain. Within days, I started seeing relief and now 10 days later I am nearly without pain. My recovery is not complete, but my pain level is way down. This practice will not work unless you're committed though. It is a mix of trigger point activation and then rehab exercises that you need to do on a daily basis.

I was chronically fatigued, constipated with IBS style symptoms, and was having these crazy nerve sensations in my hip. I saw several other doctors who gave me steroid shots, antibiotics, laxatives, and sent me for two MRIs. They couldn't figure out what to do with me. Dr. Danny put me on a program that got me feeling the best I've felt in years. Turns out I had a bad case of overworked adrenals and a problem with Candida yeast. I didn't feel like my usual social and active self and was for the most part not enjoying life with all my symptoms. On process: The initial questionnaire is comprehensive. Dr. Wards reviewed all the scores with me, what they may signify, and in what order we should address them. I also opted in for genetic testing which informs on any protocols taken in the journey to wellness. For each subsequent appointment, you complete a scorecard listing all your initial symptoms and their associated scores 0-10 on severity. Not only does it inform on what remains to be addressed, but each time I attend an appointment I can see how much progress has been made. Within a couple of weeks of changing my diet, repairing my gut and addressing intestinal parasites, I was well on my way to feeling closer to my real normal. Now, 8 months into this journey and Dr. Wards' attention to detail, knowledge and skills, and metric-based approach has me feeling much more back to myself, if not much younger, more vibrant, and full of energy than I could have imagined.
