She walked us through the tasting experience, pointed out the restrooms, and truly set the tone for such a warm and inviting visit. When we made our way to the tasting bar, we were greeted by a wonderful man who was funny, engaging, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He explained each spirit so well and made the tasting experience genuinely fun. Come to find out -- the two people taking such great care of us were the owners! Their hospitality and customer service were exceptional and made the experience feel personal and memorable. And the spirits? Absolutely phenomenal. We ended up leaving with six bottles because everything was that good. This was hands-down one of the best experiences of our entire trip.
