Went for a take out. Got this sad slice of tasteless pizza. Not worth it. Avoid it by all means.

This is the page in the Grubhub app that provided the phone number.

A friend told me that I could order from this place through an app, but that I should call to ensure I got the BOGO offer. So I went to GrubHub and called the number provided there. It took 10 minutes to complete the order of 3 cheese pizzas for a later delivery. The store delivered the meal 35 minutes late, argued that we didn't qualify for the BOGO (because we didn't call, which we did!) and when the delivery guy finally arrived, he was so rude, lecturing us on how we didn't deserve the deal and we shouldn't be getting the 6 pizzas (who cares if he was late for an order made 3 (!!!) hours before the requested delivery time. Mamma Lucia, we love your pizza but not enough to withstand such despicable customer service. Work your issues out with GrubHub or internally, without compromising on the decency to treat your customers like you should. Maybe you'll make it up to us and we can try again.

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Donna was absolutely amazing! As soon as we stepped in the door we were greet. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. I had the chicken Parmesan and my daughter had the chicken Alfredo and added shrimp. They also have a variety of pizza readily available to pop in the pizza oven. There's also outside seating available. We will definitely return again!

Very nice staff. The pizza was mediocre, except when it was both undercooked and mediocre. But the staff were great.

I would say that this place is definitely decent but there are a lot of flies on the pizza which was kind of a turn off. But nice staff.

I was craving kebab and this unfortunately did not hit the spot for me. We got lamb and chicken kebab combo (#5) and ghormeh sabzi. The meats were bland and very dry. Usually when I order lamb kebab I expect full of flavor and juicy, but this lamb was TOUGH like I had to really chew and there was no flavor. Ghormeh was bland too and not that many cubes of beef. Pita bread and rice were both good. The staff were friendly but not really helpful...we asked what ghormeh was and he just said it's "beef." I would say gourmet bazaar (Rockville) is much better.

The entree was a bit of a cafeteria style thing, but it fit the bill; the menu says it offers not only tofu but some red kidney beans in a stew of greens with lime flavor, and while I can't think of any similar combination I've had in all my travels, it works. The yogurt they offer on the side is a Persian staple, but what really shined was the fresh bread whose odor wafted through my vehicle as I drove my takeout elsewhere. A delightfully thin and browned creation, it was 100% worth adding despite the fact that they already gave me a massive pile of rice (with a bit of saffron rice on top of the plain white rice). This isn't high-end cuisine, but they delivered distinctive flavors in a timely and convenient fashion, and with a good range of vegetarian choices. Of their other locations in DC, Maryland, and Virginia, some of them offer these stews with tofu mixed in and some do not, though falafel and a few other options remain available.

It's the kind of nachos that you want to share but you're also enjoying too much to share. Al pastor taco with spiced pork and pineapple on a soft taco. This was FANTASTIC! The pineapple helped cool down the heat from the spiced pork but both flavors were perfectly paired together. Delicious! Overall both of my items were excellent. Not sure how it looks in person but the goal is now to visit and grab some more of their nachos and tacos. Packaged well for delivery with a few sauces on the side and a coupon for the next order. I stopped by Taco Bamba for happy hour and ordered guacamole and a drink. The bartender was not friendly, and the guacamole was served in a to‑go cup with the chips in a brown bag, which felt odd since I expected it to be served on a plate. While I was still eating, the server brought over the card reader. I told him I felt rushed, and he responded by saying to just let him know when I was done. The whole interaction annoyed me, especially considering how many times I've been here and have never been treated that way. He didn't ask if I wanted another drink, but he was quick to hand me the card reader. The customer service from the bartender was disappointing.

It was really not at all what I was expecting, especially considering the chicken was remarkably dry, bland (I only noticed salt and pepper), and pan-seared/grilled instead of cooked on a spit. This would probably rank among the worst shawarmas I've ever had in DC. My partner got the greek salad with chicken added, which was also not at all to her liking. It had spinach, white onion (why not red??), cherry tomatoes, and minimal feta. It really wasn't a proper greek salad like she was hoping for. On top of all of this, this place was not cheap. The shawarma pita and greek salad with chicken totaled nearly $30. The workers were kind, and the inside had a hole-in-the-wall feel, which I normally expect when going to good greek/mediterranean delis, but the food quality was just so bad. Overall, I was super disappointed with the quality and authenticity of the food and will not be going back to Byblos deli anytime soon.
