Peeling up the cheese revealed a leathery surface of the dough that indicates the pizza was way beyond its serving time. The Mercato Meat was in the same boat, just a dried up lukewarm thick square of bland dough. I get that this is a food court, but 10 bucks for two squares and a drink should at least get you something edible. Two stars only because the ladies working the counter were very cordial and very overwhelmed.
