Food is good. Typically never get it on time with service being poor. Automated delivery time, with no holding to that. An order of breadsticks can take 1-2 hours just to receive. If they could figure out how to hold themselves to some kind of service time, they wouldn't be have bad. read more

When it's good, it's great. I've had a few bad experiences since covid, but it is a fan favorite in our house so we still get it every once in a while. For some unknown reason, my husband just loves cheap, low quality, mediocre pizza. Which is why he loves Four Star so much. He got a boring pepperoni pizza and enjoyed it. I got a white pizza; it wasn't bad but nothing to write home about. There was sooo much garlic, it really overpowered everything. The sauce on the wings were good! But the wings themselves were just okay. I will say this though- they had a long list of some killer specials! A large pizza was $10, small white pizza was $5, and a dozen of wings was $8. The yelp reviews are raving about the hoagies, so I will try that next time and pass on the pizza. If you are looking for a high quality home made pizza, go somewhere else. This place sounded great from what one of my co-workers told me. I was disappointed to see that the price I was being asked to pay was $21.99 for "The General" when in fact the price is advertised as $19.99 on the online menu. The first man told me he didn't know why. The second man told me it's because it wasn't a dine-in order. The third man told me it was because they had changed their prices two days prior. He refused to honor their advertised price. I wish I could have tried their pizza but I can't support a business that won't do what's right for the customer. I am not sure what is happening to this place but it has gone down hill quick. We have always loved going there for pizza and a sub. The sub was so bad we threw it away. Such a waist of money. The bun was burnt and there literally were four slices of meat that you could see through. A sprinkle of lettuce and a drip of dressing. It was horrible. The pizza was just ok. I have two words for you "THE GENERAL" It's a tad pricey for a pizza, roughly 22 dollars, but the thing is huge and always so good. We order it at least once a month for work. I usually pick it up to shorten the time for us to get it, but the delivery is also pretty quick. Their drivers buzz around town as fast and safe as they can. Oddly enough for a chain this place has had consistently decent pizza for decades, there used to be more of them and i still wish there were. I love the crust,nothing special its just tasty, the sauce gives me heartburn bad, but most sauces do. The topping are decent and heir hoagies are not bad either. i ordered a pizza that was made wrong. when i spoke to someone they told me that i could replace it the next day. when i called the next day they said nothing was in the computer and they could do nothing about it. when i asked for a manager i could hear in the background now he wants a manger. a lady got on the phone and said there is nothing i could do she acted like i was ripping them off. i called and spoke to a night manager and he had attitude and was talking down to me. i have ordered there a lot over the previous years. but even if i am starving and they are the last place to have food i will die over ever eating there again read more
