The other half of the sandwich after being microwaved for just a few seconds was a perfect dinner the next night. Adding some fruit and a small salad made it perfect. The owner is very friendly. He takes your cell phone number so he can contact you when your order is ready. It wasn't very hot and there was a nice breeze so we sat and waited for our food in the small seating area next to the truck. I will be making many trips to this great food truck. The atmosphere inside is very fun and bright with huge glass garage door windows letting light in and colorful paintings of animals on the walls. If you have sensitivity to noise, know that they keep the music volume pretty low, but since the restaurant is right on the boulevard and has large glass windows, you're likely going to hear some noisy cars drive by.
