I see they also have shrimp or chicken birria, and birria everything: tortas, quesadillas, burritos, even 12-inch birria pizzas, birria dogs, and birria-smothered fries! I splashed the consommé too much, and that dipping sauce may never come out of my shirt :-), but it also makes a wonderful cologne! They have soft drinks including tamarindo and horchata. They have traditionally-seasoned elote corn (in a cup). And churros if you somehow have room for dessert.
