I was thrilled to know they are do pick up and delivery which I opted to due to COVID-19. I have an expensive black down coat that I had dry-cleaned in the past with another cleaner company and the black never looked the same (duller). I was shocked the black is back after dry-cleaning with West Blvd Cleaners, not dull at all! I also had 2 more coats and they came back looking brand new. I do love the notes they put on the receipt e.g. "belt - stains when received will do our best." I made me remember that belt was exposed to the elements after opening the car door, I realized my belt was hanging outside for the ride in the rain (doh!) Stain is now gone. The pricing is a tad higher than I expected but I am ok with it has the quality of dry cleaning is bar none.

Gotta love delivery dry cleaning, especially for a reasonable price with bang up service…read more After going to Fletchers for years, I now do all my dry cleaning and professional laundering with DIB. Not that Fletchers is bad, but I don't live on the West Side anymore and they don't deliver. They even make special delivery time arrangements for me since I don't have a doorman and am not at home 90% of the time. As Ali G. said, they do business deliveries, too. However, it should be noted that they ONLY service downtown Vancouver. They come from North Van and once they cross the Lion's Gate, ain't no more bridge crossings in that driver's itinerary...

Terrible, terrible service!!!…read more I bought a $75 worth of dry cleaning for $30 Groupon for this shop. When I I went to pick up my cloth and presented the Groupon, both the clerk and the manager became extremely rude. They told me that I needed to present the Groupon when I dropped off my cloth for the Groupon to work. I told them that such a rule was not stated on the coupon. They pointed to a sign posted on a wall stating that "Groupon must be presented at drop off." I told them that they cannot just post a sign after the purchase of the coupon to change the rules, and the rules must be stated on the coupon. The owner then spent over 1 minute scanning the coupon, and finally pointed to: "Present coupon at arrival" under instructions. I told the owner that the point does not clearly state whether I needed to present the coupon at arrival when I dropped off, or at arrival when I picked up. Upon hearing that, the owner practically yelled at me and called me stupid by saying that "all the world could understand that, and only you couldn't!" So I decided not to bother dealing with the owner. I contacted Groupon, and Groupon's staff agreed with me. Groupon's staff tried to contact the shop owner on my behave to resolve the issue but the shop owner just ignored them. After one week of trying, Groupon's staff finally gave up and issued a refund for me. But now I have to pay $75 to get my cloth back instead of $30, the original agreed up price. I really don't want to pay one extra cent to this shrewd business, but I guess I have to if I want my cloth back...

The driver who was delivering the pants was stuck in the traffic, as there was a collision on the highway and all the roads were extremely busy. The gentle man who owns the business, Anwar, waited after business hours only for us to get the pants on time. Both Anwar and the lady who work there are very kind, friendly and amicable. They made several phone calls both to us and the driver just to make sure that we receive our order on time. This was beyond my expectations. The pants were done nicely too and they were even pressed very nicely, and all of this was for a very reasonable price. I will go back for sure and would like to promote their business here because of their wonderful customer service. Highly recommended for people in Brentwood area.
