The lady taking my order stated "we aren't taking alterations." I stated I have a food allergy, and was advised to "order something else." Dumb on my part, but thought I could just pick around part of sandwich so I had something to eat, but it was saturated in the item I am unable to have. My throat started to get scratchy, and felt like I was having an allergic reaction. I'm not blaming that part on them, that was my own stupidity for attempting. However, the rudeness from the staff is what bothered me. Was unable to make alterations for a FOOD allergy for one group of people, but next group they made them without issues. It's not like I was asking for a substitution, I was simply asking to not put anything on the sandwich. If anything I was giving you one less step and saving you a bit on food cost. Again, I am just very disappointed in how everything went on a professional level. They were rude to multiple people in my group. They were more focused on the speed rather than the quality of the food. We had no problem waiting for our food, but instead they wanted to literally "sling" food out quickly then focus on quality and safety. I'm sure they felt they were a bit overwhelmed, but that is no excuse when it comes to food safety. Again I'm just disappointed and I don't wish and ill will, but I hope we never use them again.

They have a cute food truck with their name/logo all over it. They even have a tv that you can watch while you wait for your food. Oh yeah, everything is cooked to order. The owners are very friendly too! I started by eating a few fries on the way home then I pulled over in a parking lot and destroyed the burger. So glad I got two! You can get the whole lobster tail on the burger or get it cut up to have a piece of lobster with every bite. I'll be back soon. I want to try more stuff on the menu. But please try that lobster burger with Cajun fries. Simply amazing!

[TLDR]Tasty but small and expensive slices of pizza[/TLDR]…read more The menu here is very limited - basically slices of pizza, and maybe a salad or an italian sub, and you cannot customize the slices - they have a plain/cheese slice, a pepperoni slice, and a specialty slice that varies. You want sausage and onion? Bacon and green pepper? Ham and pineapple? No can do unless that just happens to be the specialty slice they have that day. This is not to disparage the business, as they have limited space for product, but rather so the reader sets their expectations accordingly. That said, the slices are pretty good. The weak link is the crust, which is the type people sometimes call thin but is really medium thick, fluffy, no crispness, even on the edges. The cheese is good quality, nice and salty. The sauce is the strength of the slice but they use too little of it, possibly to make this a less messy offering, but really, they'd be better off emphasizing their strength here. While the slices are tasty, they are small and expensive for what you get. 4 dollars for a slice only slightly larger than my hand, and they do not offer the plain slice for less money than a topped slice. Not a good value proposition. 1 slice will not be enough for even the a light appetites, and 2 will not be enough to fill up a normal eater, and you're already at 8 bucks for 2 slices, which is a good bit bit more than I want to spend on lunch, particular a no-frills lunch like this. I was told that they can sell a full sized pie as well though this isnt on the menu. I did not ask about pricing.

The whole meal was 10.00 and it was a ton of food! The philly was so good! The sauce was delicious. It was juicy and full of very fresh veggies. The street chef potatoes were very good. They have so many toppings and the truffle oil made them even better. I highly recommend for you to visit this truck if you see if out.

At that point there wasn't really a decision to be made, all thought and reason left my mind and, as if on autopilot, I ordered the Dorito thing...because you've got to. It was everything I imagined it to be. Doritos + truffle oil + parmesan cheese + cheddar + herbs = the ultimate in comfort/snack food. I thought that they would be soggy but actually they were still very crispy. Plus they were only $5. The staff was super friendly and very excited to serve us. I loved their energy and would absolutely order from this food truck again.

They were featuring a portobello mushroom, and we placed an order in advance. However, they realized they were out of portobello, and when my husband showed up to pick up the food, they informed him of that and asked if he'd like to substitute in regular mushrooms. He made the substitution, but now he had to wait extra time since they hadn't started preparing his sandwich yet. Given that the focus of burger week is to highlight a specific burger option or two on your menu, I was surprised that they were out of portobello so early in the week. That said, our sandwich was fine, and the fries that came with it were good as well.

I was able to pull up, bypass the line, go right to the pickup window and grab my grub with no contact! I went with the lemonade shake up to drink, the Patriot Philly, and the loaded buffalo fries. The smells alone just reminded me of Fair food. The lemonade tasted exactly like that shake up you get at the State Fair. The philly had good bread, decent meat, and the real star of the show was the Patriot Sauce... wow this needs to go on EVERYTHING. The fries were fresh and seemed hand cut. I wasn't too fond of the topping though. I wasn't expecting the chicken to be what it was. It was that steak um style sheet of chicken... which is ok... but it was placed on top whole instead of chopped up. In that manor it almost had a fried egg consistency. The cheese sauce was definitely more like fair food... that standard nacho cheese topping. Not my personal preference, but not bad. The portion size of the fries was generous. If youre looking for some food reminiscent of the fairs we probably wont be seeing this year, look no further!
