Plus I can't turn down a good taco truck. Their menu is simple. They offer tacos (even for vegetarians) burritos, burrito bowls, quesadillas, loaded nachos, sides (rice, beans and sauces), soft drinks and on the weekends, brunch until noon. My fiancée and I already been here twice and I absolutely love the street tacos. I always get two chicken and the chorizo. The tomatillo green sauce to put on my tacos is fire. For quesadilla, I love the chorizo. My fiancée likes to get one of each. Steak, chicken and chorizo. His favorite sauce is the chipotle. Smoky and have a good kick. Ingredients are super fresh and grilled to perfection with the perfect seasonings. I highly recommend this place. Writing this review is making me hungry and want to pay them a visit right now. So good.

This taco truck showed up outside of Streetside Brewing and had been a mainstay ever since. They have tacos, burritos, burrito bowls, nachos, quesadillas, and more. We started out with three tacos each; I got one chicken, one steak, and one chorizo while my fiancee got two chicken and one chorizo. They have three different sauces you can use too; one hot, one mild tomatillo, and one smoky chipotle. All three are fantastic, especially the chipotle. Highly recommend that one on the steak. We became fans on this taco truck instantly. So much that we split a chicken quesadilla after we finished our tacos. Very delicious! They accept cash and credit cards, but there is a small service fee for card purchases, so cash is definitely preffered. Still, the staff are very friendly, and the food is worth coming back for, and we did the very next week.

When I arrived there wasn't a line, so we were able to get our food quite quickly. The restaurant itself is pretty bare-bones, so definitely more appropriate for a quick lunch rather than a night out. I went with the burrito bowl and chose the al pastor, arroz rojo, various salsas, sour cream, and guacamole. I love that they have different rice options. They al pastor was wonderful! I think that they could work on adding a bit more acidity to a few of their components, because without a bit of acid the flavors do start to blend together a bit too much. The serving is plentiful and very comparable to Chipotle (I was able to save some for leftovers). I think this is a great alternative to Chipotle and an opportunity to support local business. They also have tamales which were tasty! To note, they primarily have smaller two-person tables that can uncomfortably fit three people. If you are bringing a large group, you'll have to push tables together.

Finding a great Mexican restaurant is beyond difficult for me so I often make my own at home. I still try my best to find a place. It's a Saturday afternoon and the place is empty. That does. It always indicate if the place is good or bad. A few people came in after we ordered, a good sign. The service was very quick though most important pleasant. We ordered a veggie and a carne aada burrito. Unfortunately the burritos were cold. Could be the sour cream. The burritos had flavor though I am disappointed they were not hot. I'm happy I had medium salsa there was not as much flavor as I am use to. Yes, I have had better burritos but for the area these are much better than the most. The tables could be wiped down more. It's not pleasant walking past dirty tables looking for clean one. Will I give this place another try? Maybe
