For quesadilla, I love the chorizo. My fiancée likes to get one of each. Steak, chicken and chorizo. His favorite sauce is the chipotle. Smoky and have a good kick. They have three different sauces you can use too; one hot, one mild tomatillo, and one smoky chipotle. All three are fantastic, especially the chipotle. Highly recommend that one on the steak. The serving is plentiful and very comparable to Chipotle (I was able to save some for leftovers). I think this is a great alternative to Chipotle and an opportunity to support local business.
