We had numerous projects done with them from small to very involved, and no matter what the size of the job you have, they can handle it. Jeremy is the polite and knowledgable owner of this family run business. Not only is he an experienced craftsmen but he has a whole stable of experts working for him as well. Beau is one of the best project managers around and his years in the business and expertise are obvious. He always double checks with the boss and on the schedule so he will not promise things he can't deliver. He communicates directly with you and will be there almost daily to check on the status of your job. Jeremy has several larger crews working for him. The demolition crew is has numerous helpers and they are quick. Derrick was wonderful and made sure that there was no mess left behind and attended to all of the details. The painters he uses are also true professionals. Jeff and his guys were fast, neat and their work looks great. Finally, there are those who are called in to handle special jobs. The plumber responds quickly and can help you with anything from small leaks to complete renovations. As for all of the detail work, Chris is one of the best finishing guys you could have. He is obviously skilled, clear and concise on what he will do and takes his time to make sure that the house is put together just right. The only problem you will run into is scheduling. Troy just shrugged that off and was well you get the posts and screen (a special yet durable type of screening that allows for large sq footage without a bunch of cross sections) and here's my price. One section is 12'x10' or 120 sq feet and the finished look is like having a nearly invisible picture window (see pictures.) Troy was quick to return and replace a section when we discovered a small knife cut in one panel that had gone unnoticed and likely happened when trimming excess screen. The only con was his crew spoke broken English however they were competent, friendly and very respectful and courteous while on site and cleaned up 100% every afternoon during this 3 day job. Troy does have a foreman who drops in regularly and helped with language barrier. I highly recommend Stuart's Contracting. Troy's low key but effective work ethic made all the difference as we always felt our satisfaction was his goal.

We hired Carlos and his crew to remodel our master bathroom. They did a great job and really came…read morethrough for us in many respects. The team rebuilt our shower to remove a leak, tiled the shower, the toilet area and the floor of the bathroom and executed our design perfectly. Maybe one of the best compliments I can give is how easily they adapted to issues along the way. For example, when the main water valve to the whole house showed signs of a problem, they replaced it for us. When the water valves for the vanities didn't fit the new structures, they moved the valves and made it work. When the light fixtures needed to be raised, the crew took care of it without any complaint. Carlos gave us the best price by far for anyone who gave us an estimate and he fit the work into a busy schedule. Carlos adjusted the price as the project went on removing costs when we supplied materials or removed items from the plan. He also charged us fairly for the extra tasks such as fixing the house's main water valve. If there is 1 area I would suggest for improvement it is making sure questions about work that needs to happen are laid out before the day work is necessary. As an example, on a Monday morning I was asked where I wanted the step into the bath tub placed because the workers wanted to install the step that day. That was not a question I could answer on the spot; I needed to consult with my wife on the final decision. What's more, we would have had all weekend to consider the options if we had known the question ahead of time. This type of last minute response came up a few times throughout the project and created a bit of frustration and stress. The above suggestion is but one small issue compared to the great work Carlos and his team did on the rest of the project. His men were polite and professional at all times. The crew adapted well as the project moved along and did everything asked of them. They completed a rather intricate tiling project along with everything else. The work took longer than we anticipated but I think that is normal for these projects. Carlos and his crew are skilled in a variety of projects. I expect they will be our first call the next time we renovate any party of our home. I recommend their work and feel confident you will encounter the same good experience we had.
