When…read moreJamie heard what my problem was he ran through a couple of scenarios of low risk vs safety concerns and offered to take a look to make sure the car was safe to drive as he couldn't guarantee he could do more major work by today. Not only did they discover the safety issue but spent the time to fix the issue (and another one they found) and test drive the car to make sure it's be safe. All this for less than the price of an oil change (i.e. surprisingly low) In addition to great, kind, conscientious service it was also friendly and polite. You could hear it over the phone when I first called but I also saw it practiced in person with the two other people ahead of me in the waiting room. Both seemed to be regulars or at least familiar to the Jamie, and the conversations were just that...conversations back and forth and each time the payment came up Jamie said "Please"...now I just spent New Years with family so I know what polite for polite's sake sounds like...and Jamie's was genuine.
