From the very beginning Lisa was very helpful and very patient with all my questions and changes. She was always quick to respond with either a text or a phone call. On the day of the party our two servers, Victoria & Justine arrived right on time. Both worked quickly and were accommodating when certain needs came up during dinner. Transition from appetizers to dinner meal went smoothly. Both young ladies were very professional and courteous. The food was delicious. The spicy tuna roll is probably the best tasting spicy tuna roll that I have had in a very long time. Most places use sriracha as the main pepper ingredient, despite it not being of Japan origins. This spicy tuna roll has more of a togarashii based pepper base. As a result it has more of an authentic Japanese flavor. Yum! The staff are very nice, greeting you with a smile. They even ask if you would like a plate cleared away before taking the dish away...my husband has had instances where he wasn't quite done and the servers whisked the dish away neglecting to ask. They checked on us frequently as well. I also am pleasantly surprised that their last call for dine in is 15 minutes before they close. My daughter wasn't available to go out for dinner until 8:45 pm. This is 20 minutes away, so it was still open when we arrived and we didn't feel rushed to place our order.
