Arrangements must be made in advanced and the key is left for you. The room was very large and clean with a bed, small sofa, cable TV, mini-fridge and microwave as well as a private bathroom. Our room had windows looking out to historic downtown Lexington, which seemed like a pretty cool place, although we didn't get to really explore it. At around $100 a night, it is considerably more expensive than the local motel competition, but I would guess much nicer. There is no private parking lot, but it isn't really an issue with free parking available anywhere you see a space in Lexington. The inn itself can be hard to find. The only streetfront indication is a marked door which leads to a flight of stairs in between a couple of shops.

While the station was unattended when I was in, the bathrooms were clean and there are water fountains. There…read morewas no other car in the parking lot and the front doors were locked with a hand-written sign that said, "call this number upon entry." I called the number twice before someone picked up, the man on the phone said he wasn't expecting a guest and it would be a minute before he could come down. After fifteen minutes, the maintenance man arrives to open the doors and he then begins searching for my reservation to no avail. He had to call the owners to come down and find the reservation since it was booked through a third party site. I insisted on forgetting about the reservation and decided I would go elsewhere, but the owner said that I would still be charged by the third party because he did not have authorization to override. It took over an hour to get to my room after the whole reservation debacle. It was then that I found out that this is NOT a hotel. It is 100% your standard motel. Online, it was advertised as a hotel, so I was incredibly disappointed. The front lot in the motel looks like it hasn't seen landscaping or any TLC in years. At first glance, the motel room looked ok. Nothing fancy, two full beds, a wooden desk, and a sink outside of the bathroom. Upon inspection, the bathroom was very dirty. The tub had not been cleaned and was lined with hair. Same for the toilet. I did not get any towels, and had to go back to the front office which was again locked, call the maintenance man, and wait for towels. The beds were disgusting, more hair and the comforters had a peculiar odor. I am so glad that I had brought my own set of sheets and a blanket and pillow. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable experience. I am glad that I was not traveling alone; the whole time I was here I felt like it was the pretense to a horror movie. Again, by far the worst hotel/motel experience I have had. Completely false advertising by the owners.

We were denied because they found a bedbug, claiming it to be from us as we were the last fare. This is not enough reason to ban us as bedbugs hide and they had other fares before us. And I don't think they'd have time to clean their vehicles between each fare. Did they take photos, cleaning receipts, timestamps, etc? No, nothing was provided for us.This is public transportation and who is to say it didn't come from another fare. This has been very embarrassing for us. We did call them to talk to someone but it was futile. They are always busy, always late, vehicle doors don't always work, mostly uncomfortable. Not very professional.

From the very beginning Lisa was very helpful and very patient with all my questions and changes. She was always quick to respond with either a text or a phone call. On the day of the party our two servers, Victoria & Justine arrived right on time. Both worked quickly and were accommodating when certain needs came up during dinner. Transition from appetizers to dinner meal went smoothly. Both young ladies were very professional and courteous. The food was delicious. Several of our guests were raving about the food, wanting to know who made it. I wish I had had some Table of 5 business cards on hand.
