The Restaurant Malita forms part of the Hotel Malita which is near the centre of the village on the edge of the car park behind the church. Although I've not stayed in the hotel I have had coffee there and eaten there several times. The food there is excellent and they do a range of meat and pasta dishes although no pizza. The pasta dishes are perhaps the best selection and all are properly made and overly large every time. I can particularly recommend the Carbonara or Bolognese, both of which are excellent. The Carbonara being truly made with late raw egg addition stirred in just before serving. The service is good too and wine is nice. Try the salads as well, usually based around a mix of cabbage and lettuce which makes for a change. read more
