PJ maintenance manager removed the battery light. tried to sell me warranty after i came in with a problem they say the cars are inspected but that is a lie. they are only checked for safety purposes & then certified. oil as is when you buy - dirty or clean my point - if the previous owner took care of the car then you got yourself a good car if they didn't all the problem of the car is on you. i now have to fix my car out of pocket :( but thank god i found help. i wouldn't go back there saving myself the headache ( buy new car)

Im not sure how this place got so many 5 stars reviews, but my experience is far from that 5 stars…read morestandard. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

I went to other Toyota dealerships and they said the discount is $5k. I wonder if this sales planned to pocket the $3k difference

I took my Toyota Corolla to this dealership on January 2nd in the morning for a transmission fluid…read morechange and brake service. By 5:00 PM, I was told my car needed several additional repairs: a worn serpentine belt, a leaking radiator, and bad spark plugs. This immediately raised concerns. I had replaced the serpentine belt just 2-3 months ago, and prior to this visit I had no issues at all--no overheating, no warning lights, no starting or acceleration problems--so the claims about the radiator and spark plugs did not make sense. The situation was made worse by the service representative's behavior. They were dismissive and intimidating, and trying to scare me into approving unnecessary repairs. It was an awful and unprofessional experience. The most serious issue is the radiator. Before bringing my car in, there was no leak. After picking it up and driving home (about 15 minutes), I noticed a visible radiator leak and a slight rise in engine temperature. Now the radiator is clearly damaged and will need to be replaced, likely along with hoses--repairs I did not need before this visit. The timing is extremely suspicious. It is hard to believe such a noticeable issue was missed during service yet appeared immediately afterward. I trusted this dealership with routine maintenance and left with a major problem that did not exist before. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving any additional work here. They quoted me ~$1.4k to replace the radiator and ~$500 to replace the rad hoses so almost $2K for the whole thing. I called an independent shop and they quoted me $500 for the whole thing. I will never be binging my car to this dealer and I do not recommend it to anyone.
