Check your safety report. Check your bill of sale for discrepancies. Bring a car inspector to run a on the spot diagnostic test before you close a deal. They can not be trusted.!!!! If I had to leave my car or any major repairs they provided me with a loaner car. They also sell vehicles so if you're looking for a used car they can look after you in that department as well. This place isn't like most repair shops that you're not allowed to inspect your car while they're working on it. Very open environment and always a pleasure to deal with. I have recommended all my family and friends to this shop and they too have shared the same pleasant experience with me.

I too did my research and I was satisfied that I was paying a reasonable price for the vehicle. They not give me any grief about a test drive and the car was clean and in great condition. I've been looking at a number of negative reviews and I think it comes down to the individual employee. That's the car business, it's unfortunate but there you go. I suppose if I showed up half an hour before closing they may have said no or given me some resistance to the test drive, it did take them about 15 minutes to get the car ready and I'm sure they don't want to sit around a closed shop waiting for me to (maybe) come back in time. I've since dealt with the service department several times. I have nothing negative to say. It was efficient and they delivered as expected. I'd buy here again.

I was originally told that the deposit was fully refundable ($2500). when I spoke to the finance guy Raffie about getting my deposit back he told me to come in between 12-4pm with my credit card to get my refund, once I arrived he walked me into his office and told me to wait one minute.The floor manager Khaled walked in and stated I that He had decided to not give me my refund. Either I pick a car from them or lose my deposit. I told him I was told multiple times that it was fully refundable and had 2 whitenesses with me. He simply didn't care and told me to report them to OMVIC he had a smirk on his face. He was not reasonable at all and was forcing me to buy another car or lose my $2500.

He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things.
