My wife and I were super thrilled with our new to us ride until the weather warmed up last May/June-ish and we tried our A/C for the first time.. It didn't work. I contacted Ariu, he told me to have it checked out so I did. The condenser was leaking, I reported back to Ariu who then told me by email to go ahead and have it repaired that he would pay for the parts. I had it repaired in July and got back to Ariu and he said to forward him the Invoice and I will be e-transferred right away. well that didn't happen and I was ghosted for over a month. When he finally responded, he told me he had a family crisis, apologized and asked me to re-send the parts invoice and it would be paid right away... Well, once again that didn't happen, I was again ghosted. By this time, we were in around November and I decide to call him, he had no clue it's me calling and takes the call, he apologizes again and says don't worry I will pass this along to the office for payment and I will call you back in 15 minutes.. 5 months later and DAILY emails asking him to please pay me and I don't receive any response at all... I have even taken a 3 hour drive to go see him but was told he was not there.. I have my doubts with that and feel he might have been around. I have called there again and I think it was him that answered and he told me he wasn't there... This is truly sad of him, I don't get it. I told him I do not believe in writing bad reviews, that I believe in doing the right thing and working it out but Ariu will not respond to me in any way shape or form, I have nowhere left to go... This is a very sad situation. I am still emailing Ariu daily in hopes he will do the right thing and pay what he said he would, it's not huge dollars, its $325.67. Ariu, I am asking you once again to please pay me what you said you would and my original review will go back up at the 5 star your dealership had.. Thanks for reading this post, at this time I need to say be careful if you are wanting to deal with Farco Motors as Ariu is definitely not being the honest man he had been portraying himself to be. The car was previously involved in a side-swipe accident. Large dents on the driver's side. The moulding on the rear passenger door was broken and taped on. The car was poorly painted with overspray and Bondo holes. Someone had driven through fresh yellow road paint all over the wheel wells and quarters. This after I had already sent a deposit and had the car insured to drive back home. I did not purchase this junk and had 10 hours of my time and countless time and cash trying to cancel all the paperwork. Do not trust this company they will ripe you off. After I found the issues they pulled out a picture of the previous damage which they withheld and falsely represented the car.

The mechanics, at autosolve told me i was lucky to be alive. When I finally reached David Tavazoei at the used car center at the dealership after being run around in circles by the other staff he offered me 2k for the car in the state it was in, to "do the right thing and make things right with me" as well as 2k off the next car we bought with them. After hearing this I then reached out to another dealership in midland and showed them detailed pictures and told them my incident and they offered me 3k for the vehicle, but 1k more if the engine was in good condition. At this point, It was clear David was not offering me any sort of deal to make things right, after I had told him my situation, and was only trying to make another sale to get more business from me, and to get my review taken down to better their reputation (which he asked me to take down). We have a 5 month old baby who my wife needed this car for emergencies for, and also appointments since we live in the country and cant take a taxi/uber. We are now in the hole 12k now with our loan, and we are already struggling enough as it is just to get by. At this point, I have reported this business to the BBB for their shady practices, contacted the Newmarket National with my story, and spoken to the consumer protection board to file a complaint, and have now have gotten a lawyer (pro bono) to make a claim to take this to small claims court against the dealership as well. This has all been so much stress for our entire family dealing with this massive financial issue, and all the calls that needed to be made, I will be posting this everywhere I can to get the word out . we trusted this dealership to provide us a safe car!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP FOR USED CARS!!!! THEY ALMOST KILLED ME, AND MADE MY WIFE A WIDOW. IF YOUR ARE READING THIS, THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU TOO!!!!!!!! Now the abs and airbags sign pop up and Michael the service manager refused to fix this under warranty despite the car is still under warranty and it is less than 6 months since I bought it and I was forced to pay them extra 2k for bumper to bumper warranty. After waiting over a year…read morefor my factory order from Audi of Newmarket, I have been left with a vehicle that has significant, recurring safety malfunctions and a dealership that offers zero accountability. Despite being marketed as a flagship of innovation, my vehicle has suffered from the following critical failures since delivery in January 2025: High Voltage Electrical System Malfunction: "Drive with caution" warnings. All-Wheel Drive & Charging System Failure: Multiple system-wide malfunctions. ABS & Driver Safety Monitors: These systems frequently shut down entirely during normal Canadian weather (light rain/snow), disabling collision-avoidance features. When I raised these life-threatening concerns, the General Manager at Audi Newmarket admitted to me: "I am very familiar with the 'system unavailable' messages as I experience them too." It is professional negligence to continue selling these vehicles while acknowledging that even management's own cars are failing. The dealership claims the car is "too new" to fix, and Audi Canada has been completely unresponsive to my repeated attempts to reach them. Audi of Newmarket and Audi Canada have shown zero consideration for customer safety. If you value your safety and want a reliable EV, do not lease or buy this vehicle. I am now forced to escalate this to regulatory authorities to hold them accountable. In normal Canadian weather rain, snow & the vehicle frequently reported that safety systems were unavailable. This directly contradicts Audi's own marketing claims about advanced collision‑avoidance and driver‑assistance technology. The repeated failures of the safety monitoring systems, especially under normal driving conditions and inclement weather, raise significant concerns about the reliability and safety of this vehicle. I believe these issues warrant immediate investigation and intervention by the appropriate regulatory authorities to ensure consumer safety and to hold the manufacturer accountable for addressing these defects.

    I brought my 2016 Audi Q5 in on December 15 for a scheduled 115,000 km service, including a brake…read morefluid flush. During the service, the advisor, Albion, contacted me and said the front brake rotors were corroded and the pads measured 5 mm. He specifically asked whether I had noticed that the brakes felt soft. When I confirmed this, he recommended replacing the front brake discs and pads to address the soft brake pedal, at an additional cost of $1,730. I approved the work based on this expert recommendation. After picking up the vehicle, the brakes still felt soft and required deep pedal travel to stop. When I followed up the next day, I was told that soft brakes are "common in older Q5s. And no adjustments can be made to resolve this issue." This is unacceptable. If the brake softness is a known characteristic and not something that replacing discs and pads would resolve, then recommending a $1,730 repair as a solution was misleading and unnecessary. I paid a significant amount based on professional advice, only to be told afterward that the problem was "normal" and effectively unfixable. Brakes are a critical safety system. An Audi service center should provide accurate diagnostics and honest recommendations, not sell costly repairs that do not address the customer's safety concern. This experience felt deceptive and has completely eroded my trust. I would not return here and cannot recommend this service center to anyone who values safety and transparency. Stay away from Audi Newmarket for your own sake.
