They also lied saying they submitted my claims and they never did. A year later they tell me they were having trouble with the claims and wanted their money. Every week I call to talk to the office manager Chelsie, she is either on vacation or sick. No-one will explain to me what happened to the claims. I do not recommend this Dental office.
