My mom has an insurance that isn't widely accepted so we struggled the day before, calling the provider, doing google searches, only to get dead ends. Once we found this practice, we held our breath, hoping they'd be friendly and accommodating - overwhelmingly yes! Joy took great personal interest in my mom, and the ladies at the front desk were so resourceful, helping us find an endodontist for the next step in care. Dr. Magno was also kind and professional. The office is clean, coffee and water in the waiting area where nice music plays and plenty of travel and cooking magazines to peruse. Extremely pleased with our visit!

I was greeted by name and Alisha (the receptionist) even asked about my mother which I thought was very sweet. My hygienist Elizabeth was fantastic! I would let her clean my teeth everyday! Before we got into the chair he took me to his office and asked me a few questions. We chatted for 15 to 20 minutes and then we went to the chair. He introduced me to a few ladies that would be assisting him. I have to say after being there for 45 minutes, he told me more about my teeth in 15 minutes than other Dentists did in 15 years. Painless procedure in cleaning my teeth. Yes, they all wonder about them. My teeth just do not decay. But back to the visit. Excellent in every way and I was surprised in new technology they have. (Translation: personable, professional, patient-centered and caring.)…read more This is my third visit and, on every single occasion, have found both she and her staff to be incredibly kind, patient, professional and thoroughly skilled at their craft. On this most recent visit, Doctor Neuman replaced an older, cracked metal crown with a newer ceramic version. Based on prior experience with a crown replacement with other dentists, I was apprehensive about (and accustomed to) being subjected to lots of time in "the chair," and lots of discomfort, if not outright pain. All I can say about my experience this time is "Wow!" From start to finish, the entire procedure--removing the deficient crown, preparing the tooth to be filled and then having a made-to-match crown permanently affixed--was completed within just two hours. That's right--no temporary crown and come back in two weeks for a permanent. A new ceramic crown was made in-house immediately and fitted. And the entire procedure was pain-free. I can't praise Doctor Neuman's skill enough--she is a terrific person with whom to trust one's dental healthcare! And to a person, her staff is equally, and uniquely, just like her: professional, kind, and caring. My wife and I both see her because of all of these qualities. My husband and I have been going to Dr. Patel since we moved here about 19 years ago. I feel like…read morewe almost know him personally as he is such a sweet, personable guy and we've run into him at our kid's soccer game, business offices, etc. To start with his office is very organized and clean. They don't have a lot of bells and whistles, like TVs hanging from the ceiling or raffle baskets for promoting him on social media, but their professional competent available and organized. And I always dig their music playlist. Everyone there is incredibly professional and I've always had good luck being put on a waitlist for a different appointment if I have to reschedule. And when they asked the dreaded question about how often I floss, I never feel judged by my response. Nothing but positive reinforcement there. ;-) But the secret sauce of that place is really with Dr. Patel. He has a very calming presence about him, from his voice, to his smile, and the amount of time he takes to explain and listen to the patient. He never suggests unnecessary treatments, and I trust him implicitly. We've moved 30 minutes from him in the last few years and I finally switched to a dentist 5 minutes from me just this year. Part of me regrets it, but with two kids appointments to juggle with my own and work, convenience is worth a lot for me right now. My husband refuses to leave Dr. Patel, regardless of the added commute from work and home, but I did just recommend my dad to him as well because I trust him and his team so much. If I ever have something more complicated than a cleaning, I'll probably wind up back there for a second opinion. Big fan!
