I called all of the Lego Stores in the Chicago-land area, and this location was the only one that offered to take down my name and call me when the item came in. A few weeks later, a message was left on my voice mail from this Lego store saying that the item was going to come in next week. One, I was impressed that they did fulfill their promise of calling me back. Two, I liked how they didn't mention the specific item on voice mail, just in case the gift-receiver were to hear the message. All of the other Lego stores that I reached out to pretty much shut me down, telling me there was no way I'd get that item by Christmas. Everyone at this location who spoke with me was extremely nice and very willing to help me find the popular item. Thank you so much to the great employees at this store.

One time I was expecting a small group for a meeting and they helped me pull chairs and a table together to accommodate the attendees. Once I inquired about where I could get some coffee and they pointed me to the coffee station - it's free!! I was expecting to pay a few bucks for a cup but it was on the house! Sunset Foods is pretty common of a locally owned grocery store that has a few fancy things. Common items are found elsewhere. The inside has a restaurant which is basically a grill with premade items and stuff. Convenient for the area because there's no other places around for groceries. It's got a pretty interesting history about it. This is the second location which opened up in 1961 and there are a few others. A place one only goes to because it's close by. The selection is pretty basic and you can find mostly all the products here for cheaper in the other stores. A lot of local products is a great thing about it. The prepared food options include fried chicken and sushi. Of course it's the kind of stuff found in most grocery stores worth shopping at. There's also a grill where you can get meals. Got to say it's proud of having local items. It's just basic as far as selection it seems. There's higher prices but if you like independent stores this is okay to check out or whatever.

She showed up four hours late and despite the display indicating a bad sensor, she ordered a $300 paper tray (self install) which we did not need. When that did not fix the problem, she made a second service call (and charged us for it) and determined it was a bad sensor (which is what the machine's read out indicated initially). Despite being told to hold off on ordering the correct part because we lacked confidence in her ability, she ordered the part anyway. After returning the paper tray to her, she informed us there was a 30% restocking fee that we were responsible for. Not only were we responsible for the restocking of the paper tray, but also the new sensor which she was not authorized to order. More than a month later, we've received no refund for the returned part and she does not respond to phone calls. I ordered the correct part from the manufacturer and fixed it myself in less than 20 minutes. I will purchase a whole new machine before calling her back

Another older couple, who arrived 10 minutes after me as walk ins were called ahead of me for their vaccination. What is the sense and purpose for booking an appointment ? Never again. CVS will service all my needs going forward. it's no wonder Walgreens is closing stores and going down the drain. Did I mention totally disorganized ?
