The exam was no where in line with a medical exam, it was a typical exam done at any optometrist. Now I can't see out of my glasses and they are not doing anything to help rectify the situation. You don't catch the flu from a phone call, someone COULD have called to confirm, but that would have been proactive.....when I finally did talk with someone, they needed to confirm my insurance, they could not find my coverage, and I would need to pay if they couldn't find my info. Again, someone could have been proactive during the 6 week wait and called, but I was the only one calling! I don't want someone to examine my eyes that can't even pick up the phone and do a little customer service. Several months ago I had scratched my eye and needed an emergency appointment. Again, I left a message and they could not return a phone call. I went to Dr. Poole, an amazing thing happened, a wonderful exam with follow up phone call to check on my well being.
