When is I use to hear the name Hubbell, I use to think "prestigious , entrepreneurs, good doers"…read more Now when I hear that name, I think "slum lords". Their Great grandfather Frederick would turn over in his grave if he knew how his errors were running things and tarnishing the Hubbell name. These young men are ruining what their grandfather created, these men did not have to work for their money. It was all handed to them. They need to live in one of their apartment buildings like the Rosemont, the buildings are infested with roaches, either they pay their manager to lie and the pest control companies to lie so that the roaches are never completely gone, they are not smart enough to figure out that you have to treat the whole building at one time and not just a couple here and there. All that is doing is just recirking these roaches and not completely getting rid of them. Their Apartments are not worth the money. They charge outrageous fees, administrative fees, fees for this fees for that. Whatever kind of fee they can make up they will charge you for, the buildings look run down on the inside. The hallways look bad. It is supposed to be security building but it's not. False advertising! Whatever you do if you're looking for an apartment do not and I mean do not sign a lease at the Rosemont. Trust me you will be sorry that you did!

We never received a bill but now we're in collections? We had called several times to inquire why they were on our credit report (as in good standing) and were repeatedly told it would "fall off"!And what about the discriminatory and slandering comments their "agent" made about us (we are disabled) in OUR home, on camera, when they didn't even provide the necessary and legal notice to enter? They talked all kinds of crap about us on our cameras to their future renter! We still have the footage!! What a disgusting, unprofessional, and dishonest company!! $191 for burnt out lightbulbs? $600+ for cleaning the home after we left? Wouldn't you have to clean it anyways? Charging pet fees when they were service animals? I'd be embarrassed and ashamed to work for this organization which they call a company! Will be seeking legal representation!! I would rather have no property management company and instead just pay substantially less for snow removal and mowing of the property. There is nothing this company does for the property that would warrant a $200 monthly fee.
