These young men are ruining what their grandfather created, these men did not have to work for their money. It was all handed to them. They need to live in one of their apartment buildings like the Rosemont, the buildings are infested with roaches, either they pay their manager to lie and the pest control companies to lie so that the roaches are never completely gone, they are not smart enough to figure out that you have to treat the whole building at one time and not just a couple here and there. All that is doing is just recirking these roaches and not completely getting rid of them. Their Apartments are not worth the money. They charge outrageous fees, administrative fees, fees for this fees for that. Whatever kind of fee they can make up they will charge you for, the buildings look run down on the inside. The hallways look bad. It is supposed to be security building but it's not. False advertising! Whatever you do if you're looking for an apartment do not and I mean do not sign a lease at the Rosemont. Trust me you will be sorry that you did!

Our current manager just drove by one inaccessible sidewalk issue for one years u til I reported it. Residents agave been asking for two years for evacuation educational meeting. A lot of new resident. She told us it was in her calendar. But nothing. Now denying she said it . Nothing schedule. She's been working on it since feb she did. She informed us there's no regulation that she has to do this . If u have a vulnerable relative and move here id suggest to always meet her with a relative or advocate. Senior nurse . I've been a state inspector and worked un long term care. Our manager now doesn't seems grasp the needs of the elderly and that's why multiple safety issues. Also I find the way she talks to the elderly very condescending. She actually tries to scold us. It's been hell since she took over but what can u do? Karma
