I'm so sad to see negative reviews!…read more We recently purchased a groupon with IAQ for an air duct cleaning. Getting in touch with the company and scheduling an appointment was effortless. I even had to reschedule the appointment and that was just as easy! We've had bad experiences with other duct companies in the past, so when the techs arrived, I was already on the defense. I immediately lowered my guard when I saw how incredibly efficient they were! They were also very knowledgeable and explained things to me that I didn't even know about (and I do have some working knowledge of a furnace unit). We ended up getting our entire furnace unit cleaned and sanitized and I can already notice a significant difference in the air quality in our home! I can also tell that their work is going to save us hundreds on our electric bill every winter. I'm sorry that other people had a bad experience, but I would 10/10 hire this company again and probably will!

Most of the cleanings had to be rescheduled last minute due to an undisclosed emergency. As long as there was communication, this is something I could live with. My final straw was a couple weeks ago - I had a cleaning scheduled which I confirmed less than 24 hours before. Around the scheduled time, I texted Elmer that our callbox was broken and asked him to text me when he arrived. After an erroneous text back stating confusion and that he was "far away", there was indefininite ghosting with no explanation. He never arrived and I didn't have time confirm an alternative option before the weekend (this was a Friday afternoon before family arrived in town for a milestone event). Stayed up half the night doing the cleaning myself. A few days later, I texted Elmer to see if he was okay and no response. Then I used my wife's phone to send a text and got an immediate response. I have all the text chains saved. I cannot in good conscience reccomend this provider.

It's so rare and appreciated to get good advice from a vendor that actually helps you learn and save money in the long run.

I'm not sure anyone would pay for professional cleaning if it didn't include spot removal and cleansers, just cold water and suction. Also, my service was rescheduled 4 times within 2 days, including the day of service start time delayed 2.5 hours. Frustrating. The tech explained that he was just contracting with the company and didn't know what they told us nor why they would not have discussed the needed higher price levels, nor could he control the schedule. I've had my Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaned before and this service did not come close to the techniques I have witnessed through my past experiences. I could have completed the same service they did with my vacuum cleaner. If you want a deal on Living Social with his particular company it's there. Just know it is not money well spent, and by the way now my entire house is dusty. Shouldn't this be the reverse?!? You know the answer. I will say the two gentleman that came to the house were polite and professional. Sometimes good service is the saving grace, in this case it was just a waste of my time and the gentleman conducting the service. My last word(s) of advice for anyone wanting this service from this particular "company". 1. Research. 2. If you want to save $ do it yourself. 3. Research 4. Did I say "research"? 5. If it looks bootleg it most likely is. After this post the owner called and was very professional and asked to visit my home to "rectify" the situation. He apologized and was polite and sincere. I very much appreciate his efforts. I now have his personal phone # and am debating if I will take him up on his offer.

From the initial phone call to the completion of the job, their professionalism and expertise stood out. First and foremost, I appreciated their responsiveness. When I reached out about sewage backing up in my basement, he came same day, ON HIS DAUGHTER's BDAY. And it was Saturday! Dre was nothing short of exceptional. He immediately snaked every drain in my basement with a 50ft snake and was unable to clear the clog. He came back Monday with a 100ft snake and cleared it then, within an hour. What impressed me the most was his honestly and wanting to uncut himself on Sat8uday because he did not clear the clog. I PAID him. He was here until 9:30PM, again, on a Saturday Night, and worked for 3 1/2 hours. It was not his fault that he couldn't clear the clog. Dre completed the job efficiently and left the work area clean and tidy. The quality of his work was evident; I can now flush my toilets, do my laundry, take a shower and run my dishwasher. Overall, I highly recommend Dre Service's LLC for anyone in need of plumbing assistance. Their combination of prompt service, skilled professionals, and fair pricing makes them my go-to choice for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Dre Services!

The guy on the line was very helpful, asked all the necessary questions, and had someone booked to come to my place in two days. Easy. My only complaint is that I was told they would get there between noon and 4. Pretty broad window; sure, it's no cable company who only gives you the date and you're expected to wait around in your pajamas, but still I was hoping for more specificity. Then...they showed up at 5. That's the complaint. But they actually managed to build the whole thing in 2 hours, which means I essentially paid the minimal hourly rate. They unpacked everything, brought their own tools, put the bookshelf nicely against the wall, then disposed of all the packaging. All of this was done with no supervision and while I continued to watch a marathon of Law and Order. I will absolutely use them again for all my assembly needs. I just might have to be prepared to wait around a bit longer.
