The previous lady made one higher than the other (5 year back). 3/17/24 booked a last minute consult ointment with Chloe at 4pm. She email and texted me appointment details and exact photos of directions to get to her place for the day of. I went with my mom to make sure she felt comfortable expressing her wishes on brow look. Chloe was patient and though some revision she did not advise, she respected my moms desires. They both met in the middle to achieve the best look considering a previous brow tat was already there. I really liked how Chloe does not upsell just to get more money. If you don't need something, she just tells you it's not needed. I really appreciated this. After the brow drawing, she said to text her later if mom decided to proceed for Monday 2/19 @ 12pm. This was also nice that she did not rush us to make an appointment. Due to me working Monday, I could not come with mom. She was kid sitting for me so she had to bring my daughters with her.
