The emotional impact has been just as damaging as the physical injuries. I placed my trust in this clinic and expected trained professionals who would prioritize patient safety and understand how to properly treat clients with different skin types. Instead, I have been left with a painful and prolonged recovery process that has affected my confidence, mental well-being, and daily life. To their credit, they are currently attempting to treat the hyperpigmentation that resulted from the procedure with hydroquinone and tretinoin. However, it is incredibly frustrating to need corrective treatments for a problem that I believe should never have happened in the first place. I went in seeking cosmetic improvement, not months of recovery and additional interventions to address the damage. Perhaps the most disappointing part is that despite the severity of what I experienced and the ongoing costs, stress, and emotional suffering, I was not offered a refund. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to make things right financially has been almost as painful as the injuries themselves.
