Recently, i was there with a large group and i haven't been asked for so much as a glass of water. I told the organizer of the group about my experience and was told the owner apologized profusely but couldn't be bothered to apologize to my face despite me being there. If you are a member of the disabled community here in Guelph, i do not recommend this establishment. Their customer service is always friendly; the lady in the front (most likely the owner) is super sweet, always with a a smile, and very thorough with your order.
