Pros: 1. Took time for consultation and talks about taking client's opinions into consideration 2. Right on time on the day of the event and spent the entire duration as expected. Cons: 1. Consultation is meaningless as they were not taken into consideration. Would have helped if she had disagreed during the consultation itself and set the correct expectations. 2. As part of her contract she offered one free iron pleating but pleating is done by a saree draper who lives in Livermore. In the contract she never mentioned where the saree would have to be dropped off; I assumed it would be at her office in San Jose but turns out to be Livermore. Because it was really far for me, I requested for a saree draper closer to San Jose but she argued that she had mentioned she verbally stated (not anywhere in contract) that it would be in Livermore while we were signing the contract but she did not. She then provided me with a saree draper in San Jose but she also messaged my wedding planner "if I was crazy and had any issues with other vendors" (my wedding planner did not tell me this and tried to diffuse the situation and did not inform me; got to know later from Geet herself). While I was getting my saree pleated with the provided saree draper 2, I inquired about her makeup services but did not elect to buy any services. A day later I asked Geet if it would be possible to get a makeup trial a day before the wedding but she declined the makeup trial as she was busy but she shouted that I was lying and complained I was very difficult to work with. I understand it's a little sensitive to inquire about other vendor services (though I did not purchase and stuck with Geet) but I don't think it is unexpected in any customer relation. When I asked what I lied about she never gave any response. It was incredibly stress-inducing to have Geet persistently shout and harass me that I was lying. This was on the day before my wedding when I was incredibly stressed and I ended up crying very much, even during our phone calls with Geet while she yelled at me. (saree draper2 was on the conference call and can attest to this). 3. I happen to get some skin rash on my face - may or may not be from the makeup but I felt the brushes she used were not clean. I hope I am wrong about this but would advise future customers to check 4. She is now threatening us legally for writing a review that doesn't match her expectations. If you happen to report unsatisfied feedback she will continue to hound you with recorded messages and phone calls. I am attaching screenshots of my conversations with Geet. I was sorry even though they were not my mistakes and I did not lie anything. I did not have a very peaceful pre-wedding week due to all the stress induced by Geet.
