I was not greeted when I entered the store and actually waited for 10 minutes until someone came to check me in. The lady that "checked me in" was extremely rude and said that she didn't have me down for an appointment. Since the place was completely dead anyways, she went ahead and let me do the consultation. The entire consultation was a mess. The lady doing my WEDDING makeup was on her cellphone taking personal calls throughout the consultation. Literally... on the phone while she is doing my eyebrows (which were wayyy too dark for me anyways). She also had a boyfriend that was sitting right next to me distracting her some more most of the time. She actually stopped doing ym makeup to scream at him to leave and to be respectful. I thought that was funny considering I wasn't respected during my entire visit. She did my makeup with dirty brushes and made me break out for a week after that! She did not listen to what I wanted AT ALL. I was not treated professionally the entire time I was there. You'd think I'd get more respect and time when I am considering them to do my whole wedding party's make up and eyelashes for my special wedding day! NOPE. Sincerely I would not waste your time with this place.

Very unexpected but happy for the great customer service! Before the brow's get done they have to ask you some questions like if your allergic to anything or are currently taking any medications for your skin. I had previously been on accutane but was still able to do the brow wax because it had been over a year since I last used the medication to resolve my acne concerns. They first start off telling you what they plan to do based off what you picked on the menu. For me, the lady told me she'd outline my eyebrows with a pencil then go through it carefully to pull that hair off. I was happy she said the wax is good for sensitive skin since I have that sort of skin type. She did a great job considering I told her how rough I had it in the past with the cheap salons I had been going to that ruined my pretty and natural eyebrows. Basically I came out of a cheap salon with a red mark for a week and was not a happy customer. I learned my lesson from then on to go with people I trust to wax my eyebrows. I knew I could trust this place because I shop at Ulta often and have heard only good things about the brow bar service. Plus I use the benefits products so I know it's safe on my skin. I highly recommend the brow bar at Ulta if you want your eyebrows done very well.

Two of the areas have improved since treatment, but one area is larger than ever before. Today, I had a consultation with a plastic surgeon and was told that CoolSculpting should have never been suggested for that area and now I will need actual surgery. To assure a patient that something will work and to make them feel comfortable while charging large amounts of money for something known to not work is insane. Get second opinions!
