I have had sinus/ allergy issues since the 4th grade. Fast forward to this week a bad cold and crazy temperature shifts had left me with a headache for 3 days. The dizziness was starting as was the pain down my neck and the back of my skull. The pressure was terrible! I was heading down the path to a sinus infection ugh. Secondly we were never asked what type of massages we wanted. Both therapists proceeded to manhandle us with extreme deep tissue massages when we were looking for relaxing swedish massages. I have never had a massage where I was in pain and about in tears during and felt more tense afterwards. It was requested twice during the session to go lighter on the pressure and it was ignored.
