What they dont know is I was a loyal customer to my last eyebrow lady (7 years)and she butchered my eyebrows then after I went too 3 different ladies and the last lady made my brows so thin which traumatized me until my cousin said to try pinky which I've been going to the past almost 2 years every 2 weeks faithfully. Leslie Gong aka The Little Estie: She's really amazing at holistic facials and my fave always feels so much better after I'm done. She even went above and beyond by checking the back for a product that wasn't on the shelf, and she found it for us. The associate kept insisting I use a completely different line instead of listening to what I was asking for. I explained myself multiple times, but she still pushed another brand and then suggested taking me to someone else instead of actually helping. The staff did not feel friendly or engaged, and the experience came off as lazy and dismissive. I was visiting from out of town and was honestly surprised by how unwelcoming the environment felt. The entire experience was uncomfortable, and I walked out without buying anything. I'd rather drive to my usual Ulta location in Los Angeles, where customer service is consistently better.
