If you park near the Enterprise lot, the staff there will ask you to move your car (learned that the hard way), so plan to park on the street if possible. Now onto the class--overall, I had a good experience. The staff is super friendly and happy to answer any questions. They give all the instructions at the beginning, then you work independently while they check in with you periodically. Everyone has a different learning style, so this teaching method may work really well for some, while others (like me!) might prefer a more hands-on, step-by-step approach. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance.
