(The kids loved it, too.) There are a lot of awesome pieces to choose from - something for everyone. There are also coloring pages if anyone needs an additional sit down activity. PPP did a great job with decorations. There's truly no need to bring additional ones. Thank you for taking care of serving the food and clean up! The bathroom is downstairs, which is manageable but means the kids need to be escorted downstairs for the most part.

Kim and her assistants handled a party of 20 second graders with ease, they were fully engaged and challenged. It was so great to see the kids problem solve, learning why and how their robots were working, and how to fix them. They went from quietly and diligently building and decorating, to having so much fun racing and battling their creations. Kim is a natural teacher, and has a wonderful talent of making events fun and creative. She is clearly passionate about what she's teaching, and very organized and punctual. Everything was perfectly planned out and timed-completely stress free for the party host! The activities are designed to teach the kids to safely use real tools, as well as how and why things work. I could see the kids starting build their confidence in their problem solving abilities, while still having space to be creative and silly with their creations. We are thrilled to have had such a fun and different party. So grateful to Kim and her wonderful staff!

They were attentive to the kids and let them work at their own pace. Eliana did awesome face-painting throughout. Parents needs to help the toddlers with their work but the kids really got into the projects themselves. It's not a huge place but 16 toddlers, parents and a few family members fit comfortably. It was a hot day and the A/C was perfect. I often leave birthday parties sweating.

I have three children, ages 10,7 and 4. While they did enjoy it when they were younger, I no longer drop off my 10 & 7yr olds because art projects are not an interest of theirs right now. However, I do have friends whose older daughters take classes at CC, and not only do they create beautiful work, but many of the classes focus on a certain artist or genre, so the kids learn as well. My 4 yr old loves to visit during "drop in hours" to do arts and crafts. In my opinion, the $20 is very reasonable (in this town) for my time alone, a snack, and best of all, my child having fun and creating something that makes her feel proud. We have hosted preschool classroom gatherings (on random days off), and Fran, the owner, has always been more than willing to book her space for us even at the last minute and without a deposit (a rarity). Fran is a kind hearted person who runs CC because it is clear she has a vested interest in teaching the arts to kids. She is busy, with her business and kids of her own, but I've never found her rude or unresponsive.
