As someone who's extremely particular about their vehicle, I was determined to do my due diligence. After a days of scouring reviews, I narrowed down my options to a top five list. Tintify stood out to me for many reasons. 1. A flawless review record - not one single bad review. 2. Armando and his daughter Amaya are a family duo, and I love supporting small businesses with a personal touch. 3. Armando took the time to answer all my questions, and I had a lot. 4. Johnson window films are a reputable brand, and I was impressed by their brand quality after doing my research. 5. He doesn't remove door panels, which was a huge plus for me. I opted for the Johnson IR supreme window tint film, 45% around except for the front window, which was 70%. I wanted a super ceramic tint that would provide excellent heat retention without being too dark. And let me tell you, the front windshield tint was a game-changer - it's an absolute must-have for resisting heat. I will say that after driving all the way out to Marysville, my front window was a lot bigger than Armando anticipated. So he had to order a bigger roll, and I appreciated his honesty and willingness to make it right. He even came out to my house to finish the job - talk about dedication. After a couple of days, I rolled my windows down, and the cut lines looked like they were laser-cut by a machine. At first, the windows seemed a little darker than I expected, but after a couple of days, they lightened up beautifully. Armando had mentioned that the tint might be a little hazy at first, but it looked so clean and clear from day one. It included the wheel brightener, tipple foam, under body wash, and more. I usually choose the middle option as it is usually the best fit for me pricewise, but have gone with the Creme de la Creme on a few occasions. This is a great location. Easy in and out of the lot and it's a newer wash. This visit, the wash didn't get my car clean enough upon inspection. The back and lower sides were not cleaned enough and still looked dirty. I went to talk to the attendant and it was no problem. He ran it back through no additional charge. Second time worked like a charm. I also utilized the vacuums and did a quick sweep of the car. They have a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" and I appreciated not being hassled on the walk-around inspection when I requested a rewash. Easy visit, happy with the end wash and results, and super happy about the great customer service.

Lots of lights and motion inside, fun for kids. I don't do it often enough to make a club plan really worth it, but it might save time if you can use the express lane, so worth considering. I get the $12 wash once a month or so, but if you keep your car cleaner their plans are decent. I think they have a basic basic wash for $10.

We had a car repaired at Collision Express of Central Ohio after an accident. The process was very…read moreslow, the repairs have been below industry standard and have not been completed even though they have been fully paid by the insurance company. We've had to take the vehicle back several times for additional work to complete the repairs that were made. This has been independently verified by the dealer we purchased the car from after Collision Express refused to complete the work that had been paid for by the insurance company (did I say they were paid for?). I have asked several times for a complete list of all parts and services applied to the vehicle and although the owner says he'll do so, I have never received the accounting I am due. At this time, there are still several other repairs missed by Collision Express. These issues are directly related to the crash and Collision Express is not knowledgeable enough to understand what has been damaged. It is the assessment of the dealer where the vehicle was purchased that the repairs that have been affected to the vehicle are faulty and warrant additional attention. Collision Express will not even address the issues documented by the dealer. To demonstrate their dissatisfaction that I proved their work was shotty they went so far as to place my car in the sanding room to "dust" the car with bondo sandings (note to self; they use a ton of bondo) and make it hard to clean later when they returned the vehicle after doing nothing and holding my car for over a week. The owner of the shop is a big guy. He attempts to shout you down if you bring a discrepancy to his attention. He is accustom to pushing people around and getting his way by pushing back and standing over a person to intimidate them. Don't be fooled. He does not want to let you know what was done or which parts they used to repair the vehicle. I will not be shouted down or intimated. This vehicle is not repaired to the level it was prior to the accident. Collision Express is attempting to defraud the insurance company and myself. Buyer beware.

The insurance company for the driver responsible for my accident seemed to delay my claim at every opportunity. Collision Express was able to take the frustration out of my situation. They were able to expedite claim, they scheduled the rental car to meet me at the shop, and gave me a $200 rebate after the repair. Hopefully I don't need to see them again but if I do I will ONLY let Collision Express repair my vehicle. My friends, family, and co-workers will also be Collision Express customers if needed.
